研究目的：

本研究旨在以不同类型试验餐作为可控饮食环境暴露因素,观察不同BMI人群在饮食暴露前后和不同时间节律血清代谢物的动态变化,识别代谢响应特征,并结合生物遗传因素、饮食暴露信息及多组学数据,建立代谢分型模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to employ different types of test meals as controllable dietary environmental exposure factors, observe dynamic alterations in serum metabolites across individuals with varying BMI before and after dietary intervention as well as at distinct circadian time points, and characterize their metabolic response profiles. Combined with biological genetic factors, dietary exposure data and multi-omics datasets, a metabolic subtyping model will be further constructed.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄需满足 >= 20 岁且 <= 70 岁； 2. 依从性良好，可使用智能手机完成电子问卷，接受生物样本采集； 3. 临床检查和实验室检查资料完整，且符合标准的入选标准； 4. 受试者同意在研究期间遵守研究规定，根据自身意愿选择试验餐类型并提供血液样本。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 20 and 70 years, inclusive (20 ≤ age ≤ 70); 2. Good compliance, ability to complete electronic questionnaires using a smartphone, and willingness to undergo biological sample collection; 3. Complete clinical examination and laboratory test data, and meeting the predefined eligibility criteria; 4. Agreement to comply with the study requirements during the study period, accept the dietary intervention provided by the research team, and provide blood samples.

排除标准：

1. 孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 2. 近3个月接受全身麻醉手术； 3. 物质依赖史（DSM-5标准，包括烟草＞20支/日）； 4. 已知会影响认知功能的神经、精神或全身性疾病（包括头部创伤、硬膜下血肿、当前抑郁和癫痫）； 5. 研究者认为会影响试验参与或结果评估的任何其他疾病或重大全身性疾病，如系统性疾病（慢性肾病、心脏病、慢性呼吸衰竭等）； 6. 原有的膳食模式存在显著偏好，或有特殊饮食需求者（如素食者），或研究相关食物成分过敏者； 7. 因主观或客观原因主动选择退出研究的个体。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Individuals who have undergone surgery under general anesthesia within the past 3 months; 3. Individuals with a history of substance dependence according to DSM-5 criteria, including tobacco consumption of more than 20 cigarettes per day; 4. Individuals with known neurological, psychiatric, or systemic diseases that may affect cognitive function, including head trauma, subdural hematoma, current depression, and epilepsy; 5. Individuals with any other disease or major systemic condition that, in the investigator’s judgment, may affect study participation or outcome assessment, such as chronic kidney disease, heart disease, or chronic respiratory failure; 6. Individuals with strong pre-existing dietary preferences, special dietary requirements such as vegetarianism, or allergy to any food component used in the study; 7. Individuals who voluntarily withdraw from the study for subjective or objective reasons.
