研究目的：

探讨口腔颌面外科插管全麻患者实际禁水时间（作为连续变量）与术后咽痛严重程度之间的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

To examine the relationship between the actual duration of water deprivation (as a continuous variable) in patients undergoing general anesthesia with oral and maxillofacial surgery and the severity of postoperative sorethroat.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 >= 18 岁； 2. ASA 分级 I-II 级； 3. 择期行口腔颌面外科手术； 4. 采用经鼻气管插管全身麻醉； 5. 患者知情同意，自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. ASA classification I-II; 3. Elective oral and maxillofacial surgery; 4. General anesthesia with nasotracheal intubation; 5. Patient informed consent, voluntary participation.

排除标准：

1.术前已有慢性咽痛、咽喉部疾病（如急慢性咽炎、声带息肉）或近期（2周内）有上呼吸道感染史； 2.预计为困难气道需行清醒插管； 3.手术部位涉及咽喉部； 4.术后气管切开、术后带管或进入ICU； 5.严重认知功能障碍或精神疾病，无法配合量表评估；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Prior to surgery, there was already chronic sore throat, throat diseases (such as acute and chronic pharyngitis, vocal cord polyps), or a recent (within 2 weeks) history of upper respiratory tract infection; 2.Expected to be a difficult airway and require awake intubation; 3.The surgical site involves the throat; 4.Postoperative tracheostomy, postoperative catheterization, or ICU admission; 5.Severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, unable to cooperate with scale assessment;
