研究目的：

基于可获得的围手术期变量，开发一个用于预测老年髋部骨折患者术后心肌损伤风险的临床预测模型，并利用多中心数据对其进行内部及外部验证。最终成果将转化为直观的列线图评分工具，便于临床床旁快速应用。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on readily available perioperative variables, we aimed to develop a clinical prediction model for postoperative myocardial injury in older patients with hip fracture and to perform internal and external validation using multicenter data. The final model will be translated into an intuitive nomogram-based scoring tool to facilitate rapid bedside clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 年龄≥65岁； 2: 因非病理性单侧髋部骨折并进行手术治疗； 3: 患者术后住院期间至少检测过一次肌钙蛋白； 4: 完整诊疗过程发生在上述时间范围内

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥65 years; 2. Underwent surgical treatment for a non-pathological unilateral hip fracture; 3. At least one postoperative troponin measurement during hospitalization; 4. The entire episode of care occurred within the specified study period.

排除标准：

1: 合并其他部位骨折； 2: 病理性骨折； 3: 保守治疗后出院者； 4: 麻醉记录缺失，无法明确麻醉方式； 5: 术后住院时间少于24小时或无法获得术后肌钙蛋白检测结果； 6: 围术期合并脓毒症

Exclusion criteria：

1. Concomitant fractures at other anatomical sites; 2. Pathological fracture; 3. Discharged after receiving conservative (nonoperative) treatment; 4. Missing anesthesia records precluding determination of the anesthetic technique; 5. Postoperative hospital stay of less than 24 hours or unavailable postoperative troponin measurements; 6. Perioperative sepsis.
