研究目的:

本研究拟基于无标记动作捕捉采集的运动学数据,构建机器学习膑腱病风险识别模型,实现对排球运动员膑腱病风险的智能化评估。研究结果可为教练员、科研人员及队医提供客观的数据支持,帮助及时发现高风险个体,并制定针对性的训练调整与损伤预防策略,从而降低运动损伤发生率,提高训练科学化与智能化水平。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to construct a machine learning model for identifying patellar tendinopathy risk based on kinematic data collected from markerless motion capture, achieving intelligent assessment of patellar tendinopathy risk in volleyball players. The research results can provide objective data support for coaches, researchers, and team doctors, helping to promptly identify high-risk individuals and develop targeted training adjustments and injury prevention strategies, thereby reducing the incidence of sports injuries and improving the scientific and intelligent level of training.

纳入标准:

1.身份:北京体育大学排球专项在校大学生,且具备国家二级及以上运动员等级;至少3年以上的专项训练经历 2.健康状况:患病组:经临床诊断或超声检查确认为髌腱病,且症状持续3个月以上,但在测试时能耐受完成扣球动作;对照组:下肢健康,过去一年内无髌腱疼痛史及其他严重骨关节损伤; 3.运动等级与能力:具备高水平排球专项技能,能够在研究人员指导下安全、规范地完成标准化扣球测试及相关形态学测量; 4.自愿参加:愿意按照研究要求完成实验流程(如三维动补、形态学测量、问卷填写等),并已签署知情同意书; 5.行为控制:能够在测试前24小时内控制剧烈训练、保证充足睡眠,并避免摄入咖啡因、酒精等可能影响神经肌肉表现的物质。

Inclusion criteria

1. Identity: Full-time undergraduate volleyball student-athlete at Beijing Sport University, holding a national athlete level of Grade 2 or above, with at least three years of specialized training experience. 2. Health status: Patellar tendinopathy group: Clinically diagnosed or ultrasonographically confirmed patellar tendinopathy, with symptoms persisting for more than three months, but able to tolerate completing the spiking movement at the time of testing. Control group: Lower?limb healthy, with no history of patellar tendon pain or other serious bone/joint injuries in the past year. 3. Athletic level and ability: Possesses high?level, volleyball?specific skills, and is able to complete standardized spiking tests and related morphological measurements safely and properly under the researcher's guidance. 4. Voluntary participation: Willing to complete the experimental procedures as required (e.g., 3D motion capture, morphological measurements, questionnaires, etc.) and has signed the informed consent form. 5. Behavioral control: Able to refrain from intense training for 24 hours prior to testing, maintain adequate sleep, and avoid intake of caffeine, alcohol, or other substances that may affect neuromuscular performance

排除标准:

1.急性损伤与干扰:近6个月内存在除髌腱病以外的下肢急性损伤(如ACL断裂、严重踝扭伤、半月板撕裂等),或存在正在影响测试表现的疼痛; 2.手术史:下肢关键关节(髋、膝、踝)曾接受过手术治疗,可能显著改变原有生物力学特征者; 3.其他系统疾病:存在心血管、呼吸、前庭器官或神经系统疾病,经研究者判断不宜进行高强度起跳与着地测试者; 4.药物与干预:近期正在接受可能影响肌肉功能、疼痛感知或神经兴奋性的药物治疗或特殊物理干预; 5.解剖结构异常:存在明显的下肢畸形或可能干扰形态学指标测量的严重解剖变异; 6.配合度不足:无法理解实验指令、不能配合标记点粘贴及三维捕捉流程,或研究者判断其不具备安全完成测试的条件; 7.数据质量:在实验过程中出现明显不适或中途退出,或关键运动学/动力学数据严重缺失(如标记点遮挡过多)导致无法进行后续分析者; 8.其他情况:研究者认为不适合纳入本研究的其他特殊情况。

Exclusion criteria:

Acute injury or interference: Presence of an acute lower?limb injury other than patellar tendinopathy within the past six months (e.g., ACL rupture, severe ankle sprain, meniscal tear, etc.), or any pain that may affect test performance at the time of testing. Surgical history: Previous surgical treatment on any major lower?limb joint (hip, knee, ankle) that may have significantly altered the original biomechanical characteristics. Other systemic diseases: Presence of cardiovascular, respiratory, vestibular, or neurological diseases that, in the researcher's judgment, would make it inappropriate for the participant to perform high?intensity jumping and landing tests. Medication and interventions: Currently receiving medication or special physical interventions that may affect muscle function, pain perception, or neuromuscular excitability. Anatomical abnormalities: Obvious lower?limb deformities or severe anatomical variations that may interfere with morphological measurements. Insufficient cooperation: Inability to understand the experimental instructions, cooperate with marker placement or the 3D motion capture process, or judged by the researcher to be unable to complete the tests safely. Data quality: Experiencing significant discomfort or withdrawing during the experiment, or critical kinematic/kinetic data being severely missing (e.g., excessive marker occlusion) that precludes subsequent analysis. Other conditions: Any other special circumstances that the researcher deems unsuitable for inclusion in this study.
