通过回顾性分析2016年-2025年间海南医科大学第二附属医院肝脓肿病例，旨在总结其临床与病原学特征，识别脓毒症发生的危险因素，评估治疗及预后特点，为本地化诊疗策略提供数据支持，同时填补热带地区肝脓肿研究的空白。  

Objectives of Study：

By retrospectively analyzing liver abscess cases admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University from 2017 to 2025, this study aimed to summarize the clinical and etiological characteristics, identify risk factors for sepsis, evaluate the features of treatment and prognosis, provide data support for localized diagnosis and treatment strategies, and fill the research gap of liver abscess in tropical regions.

纳入标准：

1.肝脓肿的诊断参考中华医学会急诊医学分会制定的《细菌性肝脓肿诊治急诊专家共识》。

Inclusion criteria

1.The diagnosis of liver abscess was based on the Emergency Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Bacterial Liver Abscess formulated by the Emergency Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association.

排除标准：

1.年龄未满18周岁的患者；
2.数据不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients under 18 years of age;
2.Patients with incomplete data;
