研究目的：

1.探究基于福格模型制定的零食式运动方案在中国肌少症老年人的身体功能的干预效果。 2.探究零食式抗阻联合五禽戏运动对肌少症老年人的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate the intervention effect of the snack-based exercise program formulated based on the Fogg Model on the physical functions of elderly people with sarcopenia in China. 2. Investigate the intervention effect of snack-based resistance training combined with the Five-Animal Exercises on elderly people with sarcopenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄为>=60岁； 2. 符合可能肌少症的诊断标准； 3. 能够进行SPPB平衡和力量测量，且两项中没有任何一项得分为0； 4. 签署知情同意书，自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for possible sarcopenia; 3. Capable of conducting SPPB balance and strength measurements, and neither of the two scores is 0; 4. Signed informed consent and voluntarily participating.

排除标准：

1. 有绝对运动禁忌症，如深静脉血栓形成和/或凝血障碍； 2. 正在服用影响认知的药物； 3. 6个月内参与过其他提高身体能力或改善认知的项目； 4. 有规律运动习惯。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are absolute contraindications for exercise, such as deep vein thrombosis and/or coagulation disorders; 2. Currently taking medications that affect cognition; 3. Participated in other activities to enhance physical ability or improve cognition within the past 6 months; 4. Has a regular exercise habit.

零食式抗阻联合五禽戏运动干预：每天2次，每次<9分钟，每周7天，共12周；包含起立、坐姿下双腿膝关节交替伸展、坐姿哑铃前平举（可用矿泉水瓶替代）、坐姿下小腿抬高、原地踏步（可负重）及五禽戏（虎式、鹿式、熊式、猿式、鸟式）；配合健康教育、提醒及安全保障措施。

Snack-style resistance exercise combined with Wuqinxi exercise intervention: twice daily, each session <9 minutes, 7 days per week, for 12 weeks; including standing up, alternating knee extension while seated, seated dumbbell front raise (can be replaced with mineral water bottles), seated calf raise, marching in place (can be loaded), and Wuqinxi (tiger style, deer style, bear style, ape style, bird style); combined with health education, reminders, and safety assurance measures.
