研究目的：

收集晚近 5 年 11 家小儿外科头部医院校正胎龄≦3 个月的婴儿肠造口连续病例，采集造口相关信息，以造口回纳时间、造口并发症、高排量造口为主要结局指标，分析肠造口与结局指标的关联性。  

Objectives of Study：

Collect consecutive cases of infants with corrected gestational age ≤3 months from 11 pediatric surgery tertiary hospitals over the past 5 years, gather stoma-related information, and use stoma closure time, stoma complications, and high-output stoma as the main outcome indicators to analyze the association between intestinal stomas and outcome indicators.

纳入标准：

1.同时满足以下2项：（1）校正月龄≦3个月；（2）在所在医院行肠造口手术。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet both of the following criteria: (1) The patient’s age at admission is ≤ 3 months; (2) The patient underwent ostomy surgery at the hospital.

排除标准：

1.符合以下任意1项：（1）首次肠造口手术信息缺失；（2）住院期间行肠造口术后自动放弃出院。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Meets any one of the following criteria: (1) Information regarding the initial ostomy surgery is missing; (2) The patient voluntarily declined discharge following ostomy surgery during hospitalization.
