研究目的：

1. 验证经皮穴位电刺激联合舌制动吞咽训练对PSD患者吞咽功能、营养状况及口腔健康的改善效果。 2. 明确TEAS治疗PSD的最佳穴位组合与电刺激参数；比较联合干预与单一干预的疗效差异；为PSD的中西医结合康复提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To verify the efficacy of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) combined with tongue fixation swallowing training in improving swallowing function, nutritional status and oral health among patients with post-stroke dysphagia (PSD). 2. To identify the optimal acupoint combination and electrical stimulation parameters of TEAS for PSD treatment; to compare efficacy differences between combined intervention and monotherapy, so as to provide evidence for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation of PSD.

纳入标准：

1. 意识清楚，病人年龄≥18岁； 2. 参照《脑血管病防治指南（2024年版）》中脑卒中的诊断标准，诊断的脑梗死或脑出血患者，并经颅脑 CT或MRI 确诊； 3. 吞咽障碍符合《中国吞咽障碍评估与治疗专家共识》中吞咽障碍的诊断标准； 4. 生命体征平稳，能够经口进食； 5. 语言沟通能力正常，能配合完成评估及调查； 6. 自愿参与本研究并配合问卷调查，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Clear consciousness, aged >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with cerebral infarction or intracerebral hemorrhage in accordance with the diagnostic criteria specified in Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases (2024 Edition), confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 3. Dysphagia diagnosed matching the diagnostic criteria from Chinese Expert Consensus on Assessment and Management of Dysphagia; 4. Stable vital signs and capable of oral feeding; 5. Intact verbal communication ability to cooperate with assessments and investigations; 6. Voluntary participation in this study, completion of questionnaires and signing of informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 认知功能障碍者； 2. 合并严重心肺功能不全、消化道出血或肿瘤等； 3. 既往有吞咽障碍病史； 4. 颈部手术史或创伤史； 5. 对治疗方法过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cognitive dysfunction; 2. Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, malignant tumor or other critical comorbidities; 3. Previous history of dysphagia; 4. Past neck surgery or trauma history; 5. Those allergic to the intervention treatments.

在院期间实施常规护理，即在患者入院后宣教、全程监测患者病情并提供相应的对症护理、摄食管理、并发症预防、心理护理、指导吞咽训练方法（包括温度刺激训练、唇部运动训练）、根据吞咽障碍等级严重程度进行健康指导、安抚患者及其家属情绪，以及提供基础化的护理服务。

Patients in this group received routine inpatient nursing, including admission health education, continuous condition monitoring, symptomatic care, feeding management and complication prevention. Psychological nursing was provided alongside guidance on basic swallowing training such as thermal stimulation and lip exercise. Targeted health education was delivered based on dysphagia severity, with emotional support for patients and their family members as part of standard fundamental nursing care.
