研究目的：

描述全身囊性负荷（甲状腺、肝、肾）在不同年龄段人群中的年龄、性别分布特征，探索全身囊性负荷的相关影响因素（如TSH、MONO、PLT、BMI等）。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to describe the age and gender distribution characteristics of systemic cystic load (thyroid, liver, kidney) in different age groups, and to explore the related influencing factors of systemic cystic load (such as TSH, mono, PLT, BMI, etc.).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≧18 岁； 2. 性别：不限； 3. 2022 年 9 月-2023 年 9 月就诊于南方医科大学南方医院增城院区健康管理科，失联 1 年以上。基线数据完整 （1）一般临床资料完整：性别、年龄、血压（SBP、DBP）、BMI。 （2）实验室检查结果完整：血脂四项（TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C）；肾功 3 项（UA、CR、BUN）；肝功 3 项（ALT、AST、ALB）；空腹血葡萄糖；甲功 3 项（TF3、TF4、TSH）；血常规（MONO、PLT、NE、LYM）。 （3）影像学检查结果完整：甲状腺、肝、肾彩超。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Gender: Unrestricted; 3. Visited the Health Management Department of the Zengcheng Campus, Nanfang Hospital, Soutl University between September 2022 and September 2023, and lost contact for over 1 year. (1) Complete baseline data: Complete general clinical data: gender, age, blood pressure (SBP, DBP), BMI; (2) Complete laboratory test results: four lipid profile items (TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C); three renal fution items (UA, CR, BUN); three liver function items (ALT, AST, ALB); fasting blood glucose; three thyroid function items (FT3, FT4, TSH); complete blood count (MONO, PLT, NE, LYM). (3) Complete imaging examination results: thyroid, liver, and kidney ultrasound.

排除标准：

1. 年龄≧50 岁; 2. 甲状腺功能异常或治疗史，甲状腺实性结节; 3. 肾脏的其他病变：多囊肾、海绵肾、肾脏缩小、肾积水、肾缺如、恶性肿瘤; 4. 肝脏的其他病变：肝硬化、恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Aged >= 50 years; 2. Thyroid dysfunction or treatment history, thyroid solid nodules; 3. Other kidney lesions: polycystic kidney, sponge kidney, kidney shrinkage, hydronephrosis, kidney absence, malignant tumor; 4. Other liver lesions: liver cirrhosis, malignant tumor.

测量方法：

测量过程需由专业超声医师操作，依据超声图像诊断。甲状腺、肝、肾中任意器官出现囊肿为单个器官囊肿，≥2个器官囊肿为多器官囊肿。囊肿定义为超声检查中边界清晰、光滑、壁薄的无回声或囊性成分占主导（>50%）的结构。排除实性结节、多囊病变及恶性肿瘤。

Measure method：

The measurement process must be performed by a professional ultrasonographer based on ultrasound imaging for diagnosis. A cyst in any of the thyroid, liver, os is defined as a single-organ cyst, while cysts in ≥2 organs are defined as multi-organ cysts. A cyst is defined as a structure with clear, smoothargins and a thin wall, appearing anechoic or with a dominant cystic component (>50%) on ultrasound examination. Solid nodules, polycystic lesions, and malignanare excluded.

常规生化由全自动生化分析仪检测（深圳迈瑞BS-2000M）。甲状腺功能由全自动化学发光免疫分析仪检测（深圳迈瑞CL-2000i）。血常规指标采用全自动五分类血球流水线（迈瑞CAL800）分析测量。

Routine biochemical tests were performed using a fully automated biochemical analyzer (Shenzhen Mindray BS-2000M). Thyroid function tests were perfosing a fully automated chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer (Shenzhen Mindray CL-2000i). Complete blood count parameters were analyzed and measured using a fultomated five-part differential hematology line (Mindray CAL800).
