研究目的：

观察分析盐酸羟考酮注射液与芬太尼注射液在儿童动脉置管术中的镇痛效果及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe and analyze the analgesic efficacy and safety of oxycodone hydrochloride injection versus fentanyl injection in pediatric arterial catheterization procedures

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在海南省儿童医院儿童重症医学科住院治疗的、根据病情需监测有创动脉血压的危重症病人。2.年龄在2岁-18岁之间，体重在10kg以上。3.美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级的患儿，入科时血压、心率波动在该年龄段正常范围。4.患儿的父母或法定监护人已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Critically ill patients admitted to the Pediatric Critical Care Unit of Hainan Children's Hospital who require monitoring of invasive arterial blood pressure based on their condition. 2. Aged between 2 and 18 years old, with a weight over 10 kg. 3. Patients classified as I-III by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), with blood pressure and heart rate fluctuations within the normal range for their age at admission. 4. The parents or legal guardians of the patient have signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.有阿片类药物及全麻药品过敏者。2.严重的肝肾功能障碍。3.长期使用麻醉药品或阿片类药物。4.已经处于镇痛镇静状态的。5.严重电解质紊乱。6.有芬太尼和羟考酮药物禁忌的。7.生命体征不平稳（血压、心率、血氧饱和度异常），药物难以维持基本生命体征的。8.患儿或监护人要求退出的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with allergies to opioids or general anesthetics. 2. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction. 3. Long-term use of anesthetic or opioid drugs. 4. Already in a state of analgesia and sedation. 5. Severe electrolyte imbalance. 6. Contraindicated for fentanyl or oxycodone. 7. Unstable vital signs (abnormal blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation), making it difficult to maintain basic vital signs with medication. 8. The child or guardian requests withdrawal.
