通过融合机器学习(ML)与计算流体力学(CFD)技术,构建一个高精度的急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层(ATAAD)破裂风险预测模型,旨在突破传统单一临床指标评估的局限性,实现个体化、动态化的风险评估,从而辅助临床医生制定更精准的手术时机与治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study:

The primary objective of this study is to develop a high-precision predictive model for rupture risk in acute Stanford Type A aortic dissection (ATAAD) by integrating machine learning (ML) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). This approach aims to overcome the limitations of conventional single clinical indicator assessments, enabling individualized and dynamic risk evaluation to assist clinicians in determining optimal surgical timing and treatment strategies.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)年龄 ≥ 18岁; (2)经CTA明确诊断为 Stanford A 型主动脉夹层(TAAD); (3)起病至首次CTA检查时间 ≤ 14天; (4)入院首诊完成全主动脉CTA检查,且影像资料满足研究建模需求。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age >= 18 years; (2) Definite diagnosis of Stanford type A aortic dissection (TAAD) confirmed by CTA; (3) Time from symptom onset to first CTA examination ≤ 14 days; (4) Complete whole-aorta CTA examination performed at the time of initial admission, with imaging data meeting the modeling requirements of the study.

排除标准:

(1)既往主动脉疾病或手术史; (2)主动脉外伤、感染性主动脉疾病,或其他以非典型炎症/感染机制为主导的主动脉病变; (3)合并遗传性结缔组织病(如马凡综合征、Loeys-Dietz 综合征、Ehlers-Danlos综合征); (4)临床病程或影像学资料不完整,或中途转院且无法获取破裂或其他相关结局信息者; (5)死亡或严重出血事件经临床与影像学评估明确非主动脉结构性破裂所致者; (6)合并妊娠。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Prior history of aortic disease or aortic surgery; (2) Aortic trauma, infective aortic disease, or other aortic pathologies primarily driven by atypical inflammatory/infectious mechanisms; (3) Concurrent hereditary connective tissue disorders (e.g., Marfan syndrome, Loeys–Dietz syndrome, Ehlers–Danlos syndrome); (4) Incomplete clinical course or imaging data, or transfer to another hospital during treatment with inability to obtain information on rupture or other relevant outcomes; (5) Death or severe bleeding events confirmed by clinical and imaging evaluation to be not caused by structural aortic rupture; (6) Concurrent pregnancy.
