研究目的：

对比社区老年MCR 组与 NMCR 组的运动机能（步速、肌力、平衡等）差异。 对比两组整体认知（MoCA/MMSE量表、近红外脑成像仪）差异。 分析年龄、性别、文化程度、慢病、体力活动对 MCR 与认知 / 运动指标的影响。 探索运动机能指标与大脑认知的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the differences in motor function (gait speed, muscle strength, balance, etc.) between the community-dwelling older adults with MCR and those with NMCR. Compare the overall cognitive differences between the two groups using the MoCA and MMSE scales as well as functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS). Analyze the effects of age, gender, educational level, chronic diseases and physical activity on MCR, cognitive indicators and motor function indicators. Explore the correlation between motor function indicators and cerebral cognitive function.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60 岁，男女不限，社区常住； 2.意识清楚、语言沟通正常，能配合全套测评； 3.能独立行走≥10m（可使用助行器）； 4.无重度听视力障碍； 5.自愿签署知情同意书； 6.近 1 个月身体稳定，无急性重病；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 60 years or above, male and female eligible, community-dwelling residents; 2.Clear consciousness, normal verbal communication, and capable of completing all assessments cooperatively; 3.Able to walk independently for no less than 10 meters (walking aids permitted); 4.No severe hearing or visual impairment; 5.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 6.Stable physical condition within the past one month, with no acute severe diseases.

排除标准：

1.确诊痴呆（AD/VD 等）、帕金森、卒中后遗症、重度认知障碍； 2.严重骨关节病、偏瘫、肢体残疾，无法完成运动测评； 3.近 3 个月骨折、重大手术、严重外伤； 4.不稳定心脑血管、肝肾功能衰竭等终末期疾病； 5.长期服用影响认知 / 运动的精神类药物且无法停用； 6.正在参与其他同类研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Confirmed dementia (including Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, etc.), Parkinson’s disease, sequelae of stroke or severe cognitive impairment; 2.Severe osteoarthropathy, hemiplegia or physical disability that prevents completion of motor assessments; 3.Fractures, major surgeries or severe trauma within the past 3 months; 4.Unstable cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, end-stage diseases such as hepatic or renal failure; 5.Long-term use of psychotropic medications affecting cognition or motor function with no possibility of drug withdrawal; 6.Current participation in other similar research projects.
