研究目的：

评估 18F-AldoView PET/CT 与 PET/MR 显像在原发性醛固酮增多症中检测功能性肾上腺结节的诊断价值，并比较两种模态的诊断效能。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the diagnostic value of 18F-AldoView PET/CT and PET/MR imaging in detecting functional adrenal nodules in primary aldosteronism, and to compare the diagnostic performance of the two modalities.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 ≥18岁；
2.临床怀疑原发性醛固酮增多症的患者；
3.接受配对的18F-AldoView PET/CT、PET/MRI 检查；
4.接受肾上腺切除术或肾上腺动脉栓塞术，术后至少3 个月规范随访；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 18 years;
2.Patients with clinically suspected primary aldosteronism;
3.Underwent paired 18F-AldoView PET/CT and PET/MRI examinations;
4.Received adrenalectomy or adrenal artery embolization, with standardized follow-up for at least 3 months after the procedure;

排除标准：

1.无法保持仰卧位，MRI禁忌症（金属植入物、幽闭恐惧症）；
2.正在计划怀孕、怀孕或处于哺乳期；
3.精神疾病、认知障碍或无法配合检查与随访；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Unable to maintain supine position, or with contraindications to MRI (e.g., metallic implants, claustrophobia);
2.Planning pregnancy, pregnant, or breastfeeding;
3.Psychiatric disorders, cognitive impairment, or inability to cooperate with the examination and follow-up;
