研究目的：

插管前根据胸部 CT 测量右肺上叶开口角度指导右 侧双腔支气管导管对位以减少对位时间，降低气管粘膜损伤程度。  

Objectives of Study：

Before intubation, the angle of the right upper lobe opening is measured using a chest CT to guide the positioning of the right-sided double-lumen bronchial tube, aiming to reduce positioning time and minimize tracheal mucosal injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.使用右侧双腔气管导管进行单肺通气的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with One- lung ventilation using a right-double lumen tube.

排除标准：

1.年龄<18岁,最大年龄>70岁； 2.BMI >35 kg/m2 ASA分级为>III级； 3.存在心、脑、肝、肺、肾及凝血功能异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age >70 or <18 years; 2.BMI >35kg/m^2;ASA classifications >III; 3.There are abnormalities in the heart, brain, liver, lungs, kidneys and coagulation functions.
