研究目的：

本研究从南方医科大学南方医院收集2024年12月前所有行MRI检查的血友病患者的人口统计学特征、血友病治疗史以及MRI影像等临床资料。回顾这些血友病患者的MRI记录（住院和门诊病历）。回顾患者的人口统计学特征、血友病治疗史以及临床结果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study collected the demographic characteristics, history of hemophilia treatment, and clinical data including MRI images of all hemophilia patients who underwent MRI examinations before December 2024 from Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University. The MRI records of these hemophilia patients (both inpatient and outpatient medical records) were reviewed. The demographic characteristics, history of hemophilia treatment, and clinical outcomes of the patients were also reviewed.

纳入标准：

1.男女不限，年龄不限；
2.影像系统的MRI影像保存完整并且能提取；
3.MRI检查的部位为膝关节；

Inclusion criteria

1.No restrictions on gender or age.
2.The MRI images of the imaging system are completely preserved and can be extracted.
3.The area examined by MRI is the knee joint.

排除标准：

1.合并其他血液性疾病，如白血病、骨髓瘤等；
2.膝关节周围合并其他血友病并发症，如血友病假性肿瘤；
3.膝关节存在巨大血肿导致无法分辨膝关节具体结构；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combine with other blood disorders, such as leukemia and myeloma, etc.
2.Complications of hemophilia, such as hemophilic pseudotumors, are present around the knee joint.
3.The presence of a large hematoma in the knee joint makes it impossible to clearly identify the specific structure of the knee joint.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用电子数据库进行数据管理，从数据录入到源数据的核查要求到质控数据的质疑解答，最后到数据锁定及导出的操作、确认数据无疑问后，各方签署数据库锁定申请表，由数据管理员对数据库进行锁定。数据库锁定后，由数据管理员导出分析数据库，交统计人员进行统计分析。锁定后的数据不可再编辑，数据库锁定之后发现的问题，经确认后可在统计分析程序中修正。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study utilized an electronic database for data management. From data entry to the verification of source data, to the questioning and answering of quality control data, and finally to the operation of data locking and export, after the data was confirmed to be error-free, all parties signed the database locking application form, and the data administrator locked the database. After the database was locked, the data administrator exported the analysis database and handed it over to the statisticians for statistical analysis. The data after locking cannot be edited anymore. Any problems found after locking can be corrected in the statistical analysis program after confirmation.
