研究目的：

本项目以实现科学的儿童运动协调能力评估为目标，围绕儿童运动协调能力的评估的指标体系建立、数据获取、量化方法等技术展开研究，建立儿童运动协调能力评估方法体系。具体研究目标包括： (1)评估有“依据”，如何通过儿童运动学特征解析运动时相与协调性之间的映射，构建运动学特征驱动的协调性评估指标体系，为量化并解释儿童运动协调能力提供科学依据； (2)评估有“数据”，如何构建运动学约束下儿童运动关键时相的精准分割与识别模型，通过时相先验知识引导、骨骼比例自适应和运动拓扑增强等关键技术，提高运动特征的细粒度表征，实现儿童运动三维姿态的准确估计； (3)评估有“粒度”，如何通过多维运动学特征，构建适应儿童发育异质性的协调能力量化模型，基于模糊推理与多维运动特征融合，解决传统阈值法对发育连续性与个体异质性表征不足的问题，实现细粒度科学评估。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to achieve a scientific assessment of children's motor coordination ability, focusing on technical research such as the establishment of an index system for evaluating children's motor coordination ability, data acquisition, and quantification methods, in order to establish a system for assessing children's motor coordination ability. The specific research objectives include: (1) Assessment with "Basis": How to analyze the mapping between motion phases and coordination through children's kinematic characteristics, and construct a kinematic feature-driven coordination assessment index system, providing a scientific basis for quantifying and explaining children's motor coordination ability; (2) Assessment with "Data": How to construct precise segmentation and identification models for key motion phases in children under kinematic constraints, and improve the fine-grained representation of motion features through key technologies such as phase prior-guided guidance, skeleton proportion adaptation, and motion topology enhancement, to achieve accurate estimation of children's 3D motion posture; (3) Assessment with "Granularity": How to construct a coordination ability quantification model that adapts to the developmental heterogeneity of children using multidimensional kinematic features, and address the shortcomings of traditional threshold methods in representing developmental continuity and individual heterogeneity through fuzzy reasoning and multidimensional

纳入标准：

1.受试者需由监护人充分知情后自愿签署知情同意书，儿童本人愿意参与并能够理解基本指令。 2.经临床或研究人员初筛，受试者具备完成指定协调性动作任务的基本能力，且当日状态适宜参加运动测试

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects must voluntarily sign the informed consent form after being fully informed by their guardians, with the child willing to participate and able to understand basic instructions. 2. After initial screening by clinical or research personnel, subjects must have the basic ability to complete the specified coordination task and be in a suitable condition on the day to participate in the exercise test.

排除标准：

1.存在急性损伤、严重心肺疾病或其他不适宜参加运动测试的情况者不纳入。 2.如存在可能显著增加测试风险的因素（如近期手术、癫痫未控制等）将予以排除。 3.在研究过程中，如监护人或儿童拒绝继续参与或提出退出，将立即终止测试并按同意书约定处理已采集数据

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with acute injuries, severe cardiopulmonary diseases, or other conditions unsuitable for exercise testing are not included. 2. Factors that may significantly increase the risk of testing (such as recent surgery, uncontrolled epilepsy, etc.) will be excluded. 3. During the study, if the guardian or child refuses to continue participation or requests to withdraw, the test will be immediately terminated and the collected data will be handled according to the consent agreement.
