Objectives of Study：

To explore the application effect of the Feynman learning method assisted by DeepSeek in the training of scientific research ability for outpatient nurses.

纳入标准：

1.N2-N3层级的门诊护士； 2.学员每周至少阅读文献1篇，做好文献笔记，且能完成培训相关作业。 3.知情同意且自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1. Outpatient nurses at N2-N3 levels; 2. Trainees should read at least one literature article per week, take good notes, and be able to complete the training-related assignments. 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation.

排除标准：

1.进修、实习等非本院护士； 2.研究期间计划休假、或因健康原因，无法正常参与培训者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nurses from other institutions who are on further education or internship; 2. Those who plan to take a vacation or are unable to participate in the training normally due to health reasons during the research period.
