研究目的：

科学评估不同洗澡频率及规范化护理方案对特应性皮炎患者症状、体征及皮肤屏障功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Scientific assessment of the effects of different bathing frequencies and standardized care plans on the symptoms, signs and skin barrier function of patients with atopic dermatitis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 ≥ 1 岁（儿童与成人均可）；
2.门诊皮肤科医师确诊 AD；
3.轻中度为主：建议 EASI≥1或 POEM≥3；
4.过去 2 周治疗相对稳定：未新启用系统治疗；外用抗炎方案稳定（允许常规润肤）；
5.受试者/监护人理解并愿意接受随机分组，能完成 8 周随访与日记记录（手机/纸质均可）；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 1 year (applicable to both children and adults); 2.Diagnosed with AD by an outpatient dermatologist; 3.Predominantly mild to moderate: Recommended EASI >=1 or POEM >= 3; 4.Treatment has been relatively stable in the past 2 weeks: No new initiation of systemic treatment; The topical anti-inflammatory regimen is stable (allowing routine moisturizing); 5.The subject and/or the guardian understand and are willing to accept randomization, and are able to complete the 8-week follow-up and diary record (either via mobile device or paper).

排除标准：

1.主要皮损仅局限于手部/静脉淤积/接触性皮炎等，疑非 AD 主导；或合并其他主要皮肤病影响评价（银屑病、疥疮等）；
2.需要近期启动或调整系统治疗者（如生物制剂、JAK 抑制剂、环孢素、MTX、全身激素等）；
3.严重皮肤感染需系统抗生素治疗；
4.计划在随访期内每周游泳/温泉>2 次/周；
5.无法改变洗澡频率或预期依从性极差；
6.妊娠/哺乳；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The main skin lesions are limited to the hands / venous congestion / contact dermatitis, etc., and it is suspected that it is not dominated by AD; or it is combined with other major skin diseases for evaluation (psoriasis, scabies, etc.);
2.Those who need to initiate or adjust systemic treatment in the near future (such as biologics, JAK inhibitors, cyclosporine, MTX, systemic hormones, etc.);
3.Severe skin infections require systemic antibiotic treatment;
4.Plan to swim or soak in hot springs more than twice a week during the follow-up period;
5.Unable to change the bathing frequency or have extremely poor expected compliance;
6.Pregnant / breastfeeding;
