研究目的：

1.描绘癌症患者社会融合水平在患病后一年内的动态变化轨迹，识别其异质性轨迹类型。 2.基于社会生态模型，分析影响癌症患者社会融合水平的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To map the dynamic trajectories of social integration among cancer patients during the first year following diagnosis and identify distinct types of trajectories. 2. To analyze the factors influencing the level of social integration among cancer patients based on the social ecological model.

纳入标准：

1.经病理诊断为癌症I-III期； 2.意识清楚，具备基本沟通与阅读能力； 3.自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathologically diagnosed with Stage I–III cancer 2. Alert and oriented, with basic communication and reading abilities 3. Willing to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.癌症复发或者转移； 2.存在认知功能障碍或既往有精神疾病史； 3.存在严重沟通障碍（如听力、言语障碍）； 4.计划长期居住在外地，无法完成随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cancer recurrence or metastasis 2. Cognitive impairment or a history of mental illness 3. Severe communication difficulties (e.g., hearing or speech impairments) 4. Plans to reside long-term in another location, making follow-up visits impossible.

测量方法：

采用《 Lubben社会网络量表》《社交回避量表》《感知社会支持量表》《UCLA孤独量表》进行问卷调查，由研究对象独立填写，各量表代表社会融合的各个维度。同时查阅患者住院病历，收集其一般人口学资料及疾病相关临床资料。

Measure method：

A questionnaire survey was conducted using the Lubben Social Network Scale, the Social Avoidance Scale, the Perceived Social Support Scale, and the UCLA Loneliness Scale, which were completed independently by the study participants. Each scale represents a different dimension of social integration. Additionally, the patients’ inpatient medical records were reviewed to collect general demographic data and disease-related clinical information.

This study does not plan to publicly share the raw data. The data will be used solely for statistical analysis in this study and for subsequent related research, and will be stored on an encrypted server at the researchers’ institution, in strict compliance with patient privacy protection and ethical review requirements.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用统一设计的病例记录表（CRF）收集数据，由经过统一培训的调查员使用标准化问卷对研究对象进行调查，同步查阅病历资料补充临床信息。所有数据采用双人双录入方式录入Excel数据库，建立电子数据管理体系，对录入数据进行逻辑核查、一致性校验与异常值处理。原始纸质资料与电子数据均加密存储于研究者所在机构服务器，仅授权研究人员访问，全程严格遵循伦理审查要求，保护研究对象隐私。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study collected data using a standardized case report form (CRF). Investigators who had undergone standardized training administered standardized questionnaires to study participants and simultaneously reviewed medical records to supplement clinical information. All data were entered into an Excel database using a dual-entry method by two independent operators. An electronic data management system was established to perform logical checks, consistency verification, and outlier handling on the entered data. Both the original paper documents and electronic data were encrypted and stored on the server of the investigator’s institution, with access restricted to authorized researchers. The study strictly adhered to ethical review requirements throughout the process to protect the privacy of the study participants.
