研究目的：

基于行为经济学与情绪——奖赏驱动进食理论，系统阐明胰腺疾病患者不健康进食行为的形成机制，明确关键健康行为在疾病复发中的作用路径，构建护理主导、可持续的健康行为促进理论框架与干预策略，为降低胰腺疾病复发风险提供科学依据。 1.阐明胰腺疾病患者在肥胖与压力背景下，情绪性进食、奖赏驱动进食与决策失衡共同作用的不健康进食行为形成机制。 2.明确与胰腺疾病复发风险高度相关的关键健康行为指标，区分“可改变行为因素”与“背景易感因素”。 3.构建“肥胖/压力—情绪与奖赏驱动—决策过程—进食行为—复发风险”的整合概念模型。 4.基于行为经济学原理，提出护理主导健康行为促进策略框架，验证干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on behavioral economics and the emotion-reward driven eating theory, this study aims to systematically elucidate the formation mechanism of unhealthy eating behaviors in patients with pancreatic diseases, clarify the pathways through which key health behaviors influence disease recurrence, construct a nursing-led, sustainable theoretical framework and intervention strategy for health behavior promotion, and provide a scientific basis for reducing the risk of pancreatic disease recurrence.Elucidate the formation mechanism of unhealthy eating behaviors in patients with pancreatic diseases under the context of obesity and chronic stress, wherein emotional eating, reward-driven eating, and decision-making imbalance collectively contribute.Identify key health behavior indicators that are highly associated with the risk of pancreatic disease recurrence, distinguishing between "modifiable behavioral factors" and "background predisposing factors".Construct an integrated conceptual model of "obesity/stress — emotion and reward drive — decision-making process — eating behavior — recurrence risk".Based on the principles of behavioral economics, propose a nursing-led strategic framework for health behavior promotion and evaluate the intervention effects.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断明确的急性胰腺炎、复发性急性胰腺炎（≥2次发作）、慢性胰腺炎（影像学或功能学证据）；
2.年龄18-90岁；
3.具备至少一项复发相关可改变行为风险因素：自我报告存在情绪性进食；存在奖赏驱动进食行为；出院后饮食依从性差；
4.处于缓解期或恢复期；
5.具备基本沟通与理解能力；
6.自愿参加并签署书面知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with a definite diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, recurrent acute pancreatitis (≥2 episodes), or chronic pancreatitis (with imaging or functional evidence).
2.Age 18–90 years;
3.Possess at least one modifiable behavioral risk factor associated with recurrence: self-reported emotional eating; presence of reward-driven eating behavior; poor dietary adherence after discharge.
4.In remission or in the recovery phase;
5.Possess basic communication and comprehension skills.
6.Voluntarily participate and sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.严重认知障碍或精神疾病：如痴呆、精神分裂症、重度抑郁伴自杀风险，无法配合干预或数据收集；
2.合并其他严重器质性疾病：如晚期恶性肿瘤、严重心力衰竭、终末期肾病等，预期寿命<6个月；
3.妊娠或哺乳期女性（因饮食干预及体重管理可能涉及特殊生理状态）；
4.存在明确的胰腺疾病手术治疗或内镜干预后：如胰腺坏死组织清除术后、胰管支架置入后1个月内（急性期影响行为评估）；
5.参与其他同类行为干预研究：避免干预混杂 无法完成随访：如计划长期离院、无稳定联系方式等；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, such as dementia, schizophrenia, or major depression with suicide risk, that precludes cooperation with intervention or data collection.
2.Complicated with other severe organic diseases, such as advanced malignant tumors, severe heart failure, end-stage renal disease, etc., with a life expectancy of less than 6 months.
3.Pregnant or breastfeeding women (due to the potential involvement of special physiological states in dietary intervention and weight management).
4.Presence of a history of definite surgical treatment or endoscopic intervention for pancreatic disease, such as after pancreatic necrosectomy or within 1 month after pancreatic stent placement (the acute phase may affect behavioral assessment).
5.Participation in other similar behavioral intervention studies (to avoid intervention contamination). Inability to complete follow-up, e.g., planned long-term discharge from the hospital, lack of stable contact information, etc.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例记录表（CRF）：采用纸质版CRF记录参与者的人口学信息、疾病临床资料、行为量表评分（情绪性进食量表、饮食依从性评分等）以及随访数据。每份CRF由双人核对，签字后存放于医院研究中心的专用上锁文件柜，保存至研究结束后10年。 电子采集和管理系统（EDC）：使用 REDCap（Research Electronic Data Capture） 系统搭建电子数据库。REDCap系统部署在医院内网服务器，具备用户角色权限控制、数据逻辑核查、自动质控和审计追踪功能。双人独立录入，系统自动比对不一致项。数据导出需经项目负责人和伦理委员会批准，导出文件加密并去标识化。备份策略：每日增量备份，每周全量备份至医院信息科安全存储区。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case Record Form (CRF): CRF collects demographics, clinical data, behavioral scale scores (emotional eating scale, dietary adherence scores), and follow-up data. Each CRF is double-checked and signed, stored in a locked cabinet at the hospital research center for 10 years after study completion.Electronic Data Capture (EDC): Using REDCap (hosted on hospital intranet) with role-based access, data validation, auto-checks, and audit trail. Double data entry with discrepancy resolution. Data export requires PI and IRB approval, encrypted and de-identified. Backup: daily incremental, weekly full backup to hospital IT secure storage.
