研究目的：

评估胎儿磁共振检查前进行声学预适应干预准备的可行性以及其提高图像质量和单次检查成功率的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the feasibility of performing acoustic preconditioning intervention before fetal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and its effectiveness in improving image quality and the success rate of a single examination.

纳入标准：

1.妊娠，孕周≥24周；
2.母亲年龄≥21周岁；
3.胎儿超声检查提示异常；

Inclusion criteria

1. Pregnancy, gestational age >= 24 weeks. 2. Maternal age >= 21 years. 3. Abnormal findings on fetal ultrasound examination.

排除标准：

1.多胎；
2.孕产妇有磁共振检查禁忌症或无法耐受；
3.影像资料和/或临床资料缺失；
4.拒绝签署知情同意书；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple fetuses. 2. Pregnant women have contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or cannot tolerate the procedure. 3. Imaging data and/or clinical data are missing. 4. Refusal to sign the informed consent form.

统计人员将“声学预适应干预准备”和“标准准备”分别定义为A组和B组。准备两套完全一致的外包装信封，一套内装声学预适应干预准备内容（A），另一套装一般准备内容（B）。研究协调员打开密封信封，获得该受试者的组别分配（以A组为例）。

Statisticians defined the "acoustic pre-adaptation intervention preparation" and "standard preparation" as Group A and Group B, respectively. Two sets of completely identical outer packaging envelopes were prepared, one containing the acoustic pre-adaptation intervention preparation content (A), and the other containing the general preparation content (B). The research coordinator opened the sealed envelope and obtained the group assignment for that subject (taking Group A as an example).
