分析胰岛素抵抗指标tyg联合炎症指标C-反应蛋白CRP与房颤患者射频消融术后复发的相关性，明确CTI指数对房颤患者射频消融术后房颤复发的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the correlation between the insulin resistance marker TyG combined with the inflammatory marker C-reactive protein (CRP) and atrial fibrillation recurrence in patients after radiofrequency ablation.To evaluate the predictive value of the CTI index for atrial fibrillation recurrence following radiofrequency ablation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经临床确诊的非瓣膜性房颤患者； 2.在苏州大学附属第一医院心血管内科首次接受射频消融术的患者； 3.年龄>=18岁； 4.术前经食道心超排除左心房血栓形成

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with non-valvular atrial fibrillation through clinical examination; 2. Patients who received radiofrequency ablation for the first time in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. Preoperative esophageal echocardiography excluded the formation of left atrial thrombus.

排除标准：

1.年龄超过80岁或未满18岁； 2.住院期间病历中实验室检查结果不完整，缺少所需研究资料患者； 3.术后随访时间不足一年（因死亡或其他原因失访）； 4.合并严重结构性心脏病（如瓣膜性心脏病、扩张型心肌病或肥厚型心肌病）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age over 80 years old or under 18 years old; 2. Patients whose laboratory test results in the hospital records are incomplete and lack the required research data; 3. Postoperative follow-up time is less than one year (lost to follow-up due to death or other reasons); 4. Complicated with severe structural heart diseases (such as valvular heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy)

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data is recorded in case record forms and only the research members can access the personal information of the subjects, including medical records and biological specimens. To protect the privacy of the subjects, all personal information will be anonymized. The research data will be stored in a password-protected database to ensure that unauthorized personnel cannot access it. In the release of research results, the personal information of the subjects will not be disclosed. All data will be presented in a group statistical form, completely avoiding any exposure of individual identities.
