研究目的：

本研究拟将问题导向护理应用于肺癌化疗患者，从心理状态、睡眠质量、生活质量、自我护理能力及护理满意度等多个维度评估其干预效果，旨在为优化肺癌化疗患者的临床护理方案提供循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to apply problem-oriented nursing to patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy. The intervention effects are evaluated from multiple dimensions, including psychological status, sleep quality, quality of life, self-care ability and nursing satisfaction. It aims to provide evidence-based references for optimizing the clinical nursing plan for lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准： 1）经过病理学和影像学检查，临床确诊为肺癌； 2）接受化疗治疗手段； 3）病历中生存期超过3个月； 4）患者认知功能正常，可以顺利地阅读和沟通。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria: 1) Patients clinically diagnosed with lung cancer via pathological and imaging examinations; 2) Receiving chemotherapy treatment; 3) The survival time recorded in medical records is more than 3 months; 4) Patients with normal cognitive function and able to read and communicate smoothly.

排除标准：

排除标准： 1）患有严重精神疾病或者认知功能障碍； 2）伴有其他恶性肿瘤或者器官衰竭； 3）患者病历资料不全； 4）患者接受同步放疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria 1) Patients with severe mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 2) Complicated with other malignant tumors or organ failure; 3) Incomplete medical records; 4) Patients receiving concurrent radiotherapy.
