研究目的：

（1）基于渥太华研究应用模式，遴选适用于我国国情的研究参与者肠内营养相关性腹泻的预防及管理方法； （2）总结研究参与者肠内营养相关性腹泻预防及管理的最佳证据； （3）评估研究参与者肠内营养相关性腹泻预防管理的临床现状，构建并应用研究参与者肠内营养性腹泻预防及管理方案； （4）评价研究参与者肠内营养相关性腹泻预防及管理方案应用的临床效果；  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Based on the Ottawa Research Application Model, identify research participants with enteric nutrition-related diarrhea (ENRD) suitable for China's national conditions; (2) Summarize the best evidence for ENRD prevention and management among study participants; (3) Assess the clinical status of ENRD prevention and management in participants, and develop and implement a prevention and management protocol for ENRD; (4) Evaluate the clinical efficacy of the ENRD prevention and management protocol in participants.

纳入标准：

（1）根据第四届脑血管病全国会议修订的诊断标准经CT或MRI确诊为脑卒中的研究参与者； （2）年龄≥18岁； （3）饮水试验≥3级 （4）入院后48小时内实施肠内营养； （5）对本研究知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Study participants diagnosed with stroke via CT or MRI according to the revised diagnostic criteria of the 4th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases; (2) age >=18 years; (3) water intake test >=grade 3; (4) enteral nutrition initiated within 48 hours after hospital admission; (5) informed consent to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.因各种原因不能配合研究、拒绝参与研究的研究参与者。

1.Participants who could not cooperate with the study or refused to participate for various reasons.
