研究目的：

1、探讨斑块特征、PVAT能谱多参数与症状性斑块的相关性； 2、筛选预测症状性斑块的独立危险因素并构建预测模型； 3、比较不同模型临床效能，从而探究PVAT能谱多参数能否在传统风险参数的基础上提升预测性能。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the correlation between plaque characteristics, parameters of PVAT from spectral CT, and symptomatic plaques. 2. To screen independent risk factors for predicting symptomatic plaques and construct a prediction model. 3. To compare the clinical efficacy of different models, thereby exploring whether multi-parameters of PVAT from spectral CT can improve predictive performance beyond traditional risk parameters.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受能谱CTA检查的颈动脉斑块患者 2.年龄大于40岁； 3.图像质量佳且光谱数据全面，可以用于后续定量分析； 4.具有较完整的临床资料（如血脂、血糖、同型半胱氨酸等）； 5.能够理解研究目的，自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with carotid artery plaques who underwent spectral CTA examination; 2. Age greater than 40 years; 3. Good image quality with comprehensive spectral data, suitable for subsequent quantitative analysis; 4. Availability of relatively complete clinical data (e.g., blood lipids, blood glucose, homocysteine, etc.); 5.Able to understand the purpose of the study, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.颈动脉内膜切除术及支架植入术史； 2.颈内动脉闭塞； 3.临床资料不全； 4.全身炎症性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of carotid endarterectomy or stent implantation; 2. Internal carotid artery occlusion; 3. Incomplete clinical data; 4. Systemic inflammatory diseases.
