回顾性分析血铅对胸痛患者及该人群合并代谢综合症患者SYNTAX评分影响  

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective analysis of the impact of blood lead levels on SYNTAX scores in patients with chest pain and those with metabolic syndrome in the same population

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18～80岁； 2. 因心绞痛或类似症状接受冠状动脉造影检查； 3. 符合代谢综合征（MetS）诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 80; 2. Have undergone coronary angiography due to angina pectoris or similar symptoms; 3. It meets the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome (MetS).

排除标准：

1. 充血性心力衰竭； 2. 冠状动脉扩张； 3. 瓣膜性心脏病； 4. 甲状腺功能亢进； 5. 慢性阻塞性肺疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Congestive heart failure; 2. Coronary dilation; 3. Valvular heart disease; 4. Hyperthyroidism; 5. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集由一位临床医生完成，采用crf表及Resman分别记录。由另外一位临床医师和一名助理研究员整理，审查和管理工作。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data is collected by clinicians with CRF and Resman. Data is reorganized,investigated and managed by two clinicians and one assistant researcher.
