Objectives of Study：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄8至12岁； 2. ASA I - II 级； 3. BMI 在第5百分位至第85百分位。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 8 to 12 years; 2. ASA physical status I–II; 3. Body mass index (BMI) between the 5th and 85th percentiles.

排除标准：

1. 肝肾功能不全、心血管及内分泌系统异常； 2. 丙泊酚或环泊酚药物过敏史； 3. <=4周内上气道感染； 4. 发育迟缓、自闭症等精神类疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hepatic or renal dysfunction, and cardiovascular or endocrine disorders; 2. History of allergy to propofol or remimazolam; 3. Upper respiratory tract infection within the past 4 weeks; 4. History of developmental delay, autism spectrum disorder, or other psychiatric conditions.

干预措施：

初始剂量设定为0.4mg/kg。下一个剂量通过“偏硬币设计上下序贯法（Biased Coin Design Up-and-Down Sequential Method）”确定，剂量间隔为0.05 mg/kg。如果某个受试者未能达到意识丧失（Loss of Consciousness, LoC），则在下一个受试者中将环泊酚的剂量增加0.05 mg/kg。如果某个受试者成功达到意识丧失，则下一个受试者有95%的概率接受相同的环泊酚剂量，有5%的概率接受减少0.05 mg/kg的剂量。

Intervention：

The initial dose was set at 0.4 mg/kg. The next dose was determined by the "Biased Coin Design Up-and-Down Sequential Method", with a dose interval of 0.05 mg/kg. If a subject failed to achieve loss of consciousness (LoC), the dose of remimazolam was increased by 0.05 mg/kg for the next subject. If a subject successfully achieved LoC, the next subject had a 95% probability of receiving the same dose of remimazolam and a 5% probability of receiving a dose reduced by 0.05 mg/kg.
