研究目的：

旨在评估全科-专科协同管理模式对“头晕待查”患者的影响。主要研究目的：评估全科-专科协同管理模式对医疗资源利用及诊断效率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the effects of the general practice-specialty collaborative management model on patients with dizziness of unknown origin. The primary objective is to assess its impacts on medical resource utilization and diagnostic efficiency.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.主述为头晕、眩晕、头昏沉感等非特异性平衡障碍症状，就诊时未明确病因，诊断为“头晕待查”； 2.临床资料完整。 3.年龄>=18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.The patients presented with non-specific balance disorders including dizziness, vertigo and heavy-headedness. No definite cause was identified at admission, and they were diagnosed as dizziness of unknown origin. 2.Complete clinical data. 3. Age>=18 years old.

排除标准：

1.明确由外伤、急性脑血管事件、颅内肿瘤、精神心理疾病（如重度焦虑抑郁、惊恐发作）等已知病因导致的头晕；
2.资料严重缺失，中途退出路径，无法完成配对及指标统计；
3.失访；
4.合并严重心、肝、肾、呼吸等脏器功能衰竭，影响诊疗流程与预后评估；
5.重复入院、同一病例多次就诊仅纳入首次符合标准病例；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Dizziness definitely caused by known etiologies such as trauma, acute cerebrovascular events, intracranial tumors and psychological disorders;
2.The clinical data were severely incomplete. Participants withdrew from the study midway, making case matching and indicator statistics unfeasible.
3.Loss to follow-up;
4.Patients complicated with severe failure of cardiac, hepatic, renal, respiratory and other vital organ functions, which may interfere with diagnosis, treatment procedures and prognosis assessment.
5.For patients with repeated hospital admissions or multiple visits, only the first eligible case was included.
