本研究围绕“机器人辅助定位孔制备相较于传统导板定位能否实现更高的临床精度”这一核心科学问题,拟开展前瞻性临床试验。针对改良的末端执行器系统评估基于雅客智慧种植机器人平台改良的正颌手术辅助系统在定位孔及截骨线制备中的临床可行性、安全性与实施精度,为该项新技术的临床应用与推广提供实证依据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study focuses on the core scientific question of whether robot assisted positioning hole preparation can achieve higher clinical accuracy compared to traditional guide plate positioning, and plans to conduct prospective clinical trials. Evaluate the clinical feasibility, safety, and implementation accuracy of the improved end effector system based on the Yake Smart Implant Robot Platform for orthognathic surgery assistance system in the preparation of positioning holes and osteotomy lines, providing empirical evidence for the clinical application and promotion of this new technology. |

1.年龄 18-35 岁; 2.拟行 Le Fort I 型截骨术 |

Inclusion criteria |
1.Age range: 18-35 years old; 2.Proposed Le Fort I osteotomy |

排除标准: |
1.曾接受正颌手术治疗。 2.肿瘤、外伤所致牙颌面畸形; 3.全身情况存在手术禁忌症; |

Exclusion criteria: |
1.Previously underwent orthognathic surgery for treatment. 2.Dental and maxillofacial deformities caused by tumors and trauma; 3.There are surgical contraindications for the overall condition; |
