研究目的：

眼科局麻的老年患者可伴有焦虑、精神紧张，易导致血流动力学波动、肌紧张等，不利于手术操作；且大多数患者能回忆起术中的视觉感受，包括灯光、颜色及移动的手术器械等，产生恐惧。对部分复位困难的视网膜脱离手术，术毕需尽早转俯卧位，常规全麻可影响手术效果。针对60岁及以上可能合并并发症的老龄患者行眼科视网膜玻璃体手术，拟采用MAC联合BIS监测提供更为合适的麻醉方案。 该研究在神经阻滞基础上，采用MAC技术联合BIS，对生命体征持续监护，有利于缓解患者焦虑，减轻伤害性刺激，抑制手术应激反应，提高老龄患者手术安全性及舒适性，对视网膜成功复位具有积极作用，并有望改善术中视觉现象带来的不适。  

Objectives of Study：

The continuous monitoring of vital signs by MAC technology combined with BIS is conducive to relieving patients' anxiety, reducing nociceptive stimulation, inhibiting surgical stress response, improving surgical safety and comfort in elderly patients, playing a positive role in the successful repositioning of retina, and is expected to improve the discomfort caused by intraoperative visual phenomena.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.有明确手术指征，临床病历资料完整；
2.年龄60岁及以上，男女不限；
3.体质量指数（BMI）<=35 kg/m^2；
4.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）1～2级。

Inclusion criteria

1.Have clear surgical indications, complete clinical medical records;
2.Age 60 and above, male or female;
3.Body mass index (BMI) <=35 kg/m^2;
4.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Levels1to2.

排除标准：

1.术前2周有上呼吸道感染者；
2.窦性心动过缓、房室传导阻滞者；
3.精神异常、智力发育障碍、听力障碍或24小时内使用其他麻醉性镇痛镇静药物者；
4.严重心、肝、肾功能异常者；
5.家属拒绝参与研究；
6.患者无法正常沟通。

Exclusion criteria：

1.There were upper respiratory tract infections 2 weeks before surgery;
2.Sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block;
3.Mental disorders, intellectual development disorders, hearing disorders or use of other narcotic analgesic sedative drugs within 24 hours;
4.serious heart, liver, kidney dysfunction;
5.Family members refused to participate in the study;
6.Patients cannot communicate normally.
