研究目的：

本研究旨在分析基于 ERAS 理念的围手术期护理模式在卵巢畸胎瘤患者中的应用效果，为卵巢畸胎瘤患者围手术期护理方案的改进提供实践参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application effect of perioperative nursing model based on ERAS concept in patients with ovarian teratoma, and provide practical reference for the improvement of perioperative nursing plan for ovarian teratoma patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.疾病确诊：符合上述卵巢畸胎瘤诊断标准，且拟行手术治疗； 2.ERAS 适用性：患者及家属知情同意接受基于 ERAS 理念的围手术期护理； 3.年龄范围：一般为 18-65 岁； 4.意识清楚，能够配合护理操作及术后康复评估； 5.临床资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1.Disease diagnosis: Meets the diagnostic criteria for ovarian teratoma mentioned above and intends to undergo surgical treatment;
2.Applicability of ERAS: Patients and their families give informed consent to receive perioperative care based on the ERAS concept;
3.Age range: generally between 18 and 65 years old;
4.Clear consciousness, able to cooperate with nursing operations and postoperative rehabilitation assessments;
5.Complete clinical data.

排除标准：

1.合并严重基础疾病，如严重心血管疾病（心力衰竭、严重心律失常）、呼吸系统疾病（慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作）、肝肾功能衰竭、凝血功能障碍等； 2.合并卵巢扭转坏死、破裂、感染等急症，导致 ERAS 标准化护理难以实施； 3.既往腹部大手术史； 4.精神或认知障碍，无法配合术前宣教、术后康复训练； 5.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 6.拒绝参与或中途退出。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Merge serious underlying diseases, such as severe cardiovascular disease (heart failure, severe arrhythmia), respiratory system disease (acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), liver and kidney failure, coagulation dysfunction, etc;
2.The combination of emergencies such as ovarian torsion, necrosis, rupture, and infection makes it difficult to implement ERAS standardized care;
3.Previous history of major abdominal surgery;
4.Mental or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with preoperative education and postoperative rehabilitation training;
5.Pregnant or lactating women;
6.Refuse to participate or withdraw midway.

下床活动时间：记录患者术后首次自主下床活动的时间，由医护人员观察并记录于病程记录中。? 住院时间：从患者入院日期至出院日期计算，数据来源于医院住院管理系统，准确可靠。? ADL 评分：采用日常生活能力表（ADL）在患者出院前进行评分，由经过培训的医护人员评定，该量表具有良好的信效度。? 护理满意度：患者出院前填写护理满意度调查问卷，问卷内容包括护理态度、护理操作等方面，采用百分制计分，≥90 分为满意，数据由研究人员整理统计。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Bed activity time: Record the time when the patient first autonomously gets out of bed after surgery, and have medical staff observe and record it in the course of the disease. ? Hospitalization time: Calculated from the patient's admission date to the discharge date, the data comes from the hospital's hospitalization management system, which is accurate and reliable. ? ADL score: The Activities of Daily Living (ADL) scale is used to score patients before discharge, and is evaluated by trained medical staff. The scale has good reliability and validity. ? Nursing satisfaction: Patients fill out a nursing satisfaction survey questionnaire before discharge, which includes nursing attitudes, nursing operations, and other aspects. The questionnaire is scored on a percentage scale, with a score of >= 90 indicating satisfaction. The data is compiled and statistically analyzed by researchers.
