研究目的：

构建冠心病健康教育内容，设计适用于冠心病患者健康教育的棋盘游戏应用程序，并验证棋盘游戏对冠心病患者疾病知识、疾病管理行为、身心健康的影响。从而验证棋盘游健康教育应用程序的有效性及可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop health education content for coronary heart disease (CHD), design a board game-based intervention tailored for CHD patients' health education, and evaluate the effects of this board game on patients' disease-related knowledge, disease management behaviors, and physical and mental health status. Thereby, the effectiveness and feasibility of the board game as a health education tool for CHD patients were verified.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18周岁； 2.符合《临床冠心病诊断与治疗指南》，且经冠状动脉造影检查确诊者诊断为冠心病； 3.具有良好的沟通理解能力，能完成问卷者； 4.自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Diagnosis of CHD by coronary angiography; 3.Absence of self-reported visual or auditory impairment; 4.Able to make an informed consent;

排除标准：

1.弱势群体，包括危重患者、文盲、精神疾病者、认知损伤者、孕妇等；
2.合并其他严重疾病，如肿瘤等；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Vulnerable groups included critically ill patients, illiteracy, mental illnesses, cognitive impairments, and pregnant women.
2.Complicated with other serious diseases, such as tumors, etc.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：
