研究目的:

(1)构建基于精准“R0”理念的骨肿瘤术前规划方案 结合本中心大宗骨肿瘤病例数据库优势,利用既往临床成功病例,研究患者病理诊断、手术规划、术后评估及术后随访结果,分析手术规划与临床疗效相关性,基于既往组织病理学及患者长期生存结果匹配情况,为骨肿瘤术前规划提供客观组织病理学依据,实现骨肿瘤术前规划的精准化、均质化; (2)搭建基于数智骨科技术的骨肿瘤手术精准切除系统 解决目前骨肿瘤外科切除存在的手动切割规划误差大,齐同性差等问题。基于精准“R0”理念的骨肿瘤术前规划方案,建立数智化的手术精准切除辅助系统,解决手动切除与术前规划难以精确匹配的问题,开展前瞻性临床试验以验证切除效果; (3)建立融合临床、病理学与影像学的骨肿瘤手术切除质量评价体系 分析本中心骨肿瘤长期随访的生存结果,融合患者临床信息、组织病理学与影像学判断的手术边界,建立科学的肿瘤切除质量评估方案,并通过客观随访数据,深度揭示患者预后影响因素。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Develop a precision "R0"-oriented preoperative planning protocol for bone tumor surgery. Using our center's large bone tumor database and prior successful cases, we will analyze the correlation between surgical planning and clinical outcomes based on pathology, surgical records, and long-term follow-up. By matching histopathology with survival data, we aim to establish an objective pathological basis for preoperative planning, improving its precision and standardization. 2. Establish a digital orthopedic technology-assisted precision resection system for bone tumor surgery. To overcome issues such as high manual cutting error and poor reproducibility, we will build a digital surgical assistance system based on the "R0"-oriented planning protocol. This system will enhance the alignment between preoperative planning and intraoperative execution, with its efficacy to be validated through prospective clinical trials. 3. Build a multidisciplinary evaluation system for surgical resection quality in bone tumors integrating clinical, pathological, and imaging data. By correlating long-term survival outcomes with clinical data, histopathology, and imaging-assessed surgical margins, we aim to establish a robust framework for evaluating resection quality. This system will enable in-depth analysis of prognostic determinants through objective follow-up data.

纳入标准:

1.年龄 6-70 周岁;
2.病理诊断为原发恶性骨肿瘤;
3.知情同意参与本研究,并签署知情同意书;

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 6–70 years;
2.Pathologically diagnosed with primary malignant bone tumor;
3.Informed consent obtained and signed for participation in this study.

排除标准:

1.病理诊断不确定;
2.合并其他恶性肿瘤;
3.合并代谢内分泌疾病;
4.既往局部放疗病史;
5.既往局部手术史;
6.拒绝参加本研究;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Uncertain pathological diagnosis; 2. Concurrent other malignant tumors; 3. Concurrent metabolic or endocrine disorders; 4. Previous history of local radiotherapy; 5. Previous history of local surgery; 6. Refusal to participate in this study.
