研究目的：

回顾性分析阿苯达唑、吡喹酮治疗肝吸虫病的虫卵转阴率，评价两种药物的临床有效性。统计两种药物治疗后的不良反应发生率及严重程度，评价临床安全性；分析不同药物在广西本地患者中的应用特征，为临床用药选择提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective analysis was conducted on the egg negative conversion rates of albendazole and praziquantel in the treatment of clonorchiasis sinensis, so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two drugs. The incidence and severity of adverse reactions after treatment with the two drugs were statistically analyzed to assess their clinical safety; the application characteristics of different drugs in local patients in Guangxi were analyzed to provide a reference for clinical medication selection.

纳入标准：

1. 经粪便检查或胆汁引流液找到肝吸虫虫卵或虫体，确诊为肝吸虫病的患者； 2. 2023年01月—2025年03月于研究中心接受阿苯达唑、吡喹酮规范治疗者； 3. 病历资料完整，包含诊断依据、用药方案、治疗后虫卵检查结果及安全性记录。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with clonorchiasis by detecting Clonorchis sinensis eggs or worms in fecal examinations or biliary drainage fluid; 2. Patients who received standard treatment with albendazole and praziquantel at the research center from January 2023 to March 2025; 3. Patients with complete medical records, including diagnostic evidence, medication regimens, post-treatment egg test results, and safety records.

排除标准：

1. 数据记录不全，无法明确疗效/安全性指标的患者； 2. 合并其他寄生虫感染的患者； 3. 治疗期间更换药物、中断治疗或未完成随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with incomplete data records, for whom the efficacy/safety indicators cannot be clearly identified; 2. Patients co-infected with other parasites; 3. Patients who changed medications, discontinued treatment, or failed to complete follow-up during the treatment period.
