研究目的：

评价耳穴压豆对降低老年髋关节置换术患者麻醉苏醒期躁动的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of auricular point pressing with beans on reducing emergence agitation during the anesthesia recovery period in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65岁。 2.拟在全身麻醉气管插管下行单侧髋关节置换术。 3.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级。 4.意识清晰，能配合耳穴压豆操作及指标评估。 5.自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 65 years or above. 2. Scheduled for unilateral hip arthroplasty under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation. 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of Grade Ⅰ to Ⅲ. 4. Alert and oriented, capable of cooperating with auricular point pressing therapy and indicator assessment. 5. Voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.耳郭有皮肤破损、炎症、湿疹等耳穴压豆禁忌证。 2.有严重认知障碍、沟通障碍。 3.有长期镇静药物使用史或酒精依赖史。 4.合并严重心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Auricular point pressing with beans is contraindicated for those with skin damage, inflammation, eczema or other conditions on the auricle. 2. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or communication disorders. 3. Those with a long-term history of sedative medication use or alcohol dependence. 4. Patients complicated with severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys.

本研究数据采集与管理由纸质病例记录表（CRF）与互联网电子数据采集管理系统（EDC，ResMan）两部分组成。研究人员规范填写标准化 CRF 记录表，留存原始数据；采用 ResMan 系统进行双人录入、逻辑核查、数据锁定与溯源管理，保障数据真实、完整、可追溯，同时严格做好患者信息保密管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection and management in this study consist of two parts: paper-based Case Report Forms (CRF) and the web-based Electronic Data Capture system (EDC, ResMan). Researchers fill out standardized CRFs in accordance with regulations and keep the original data. The ResMan system is used for double data entry, logical verification, data locking and traceability management to ensure the authenticity, integrity and traceability of data. Meanwhile, strict confidentiality management is implemented for patients' information.
