Objectives of Study：

Effects of subanesthetic-dose esketamine combined with dexmedetomidine on postoperative mood and cognitive function in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

年龄：18-79岁；ASA分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级，诊断为结直肠癌，签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18–79 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status II or III, with a confirmed diagnosis of colorectal cancer, and having provided written informed consent.

排除标准：

既往痴呆/精神疾病史，中枢神经系统疾病；患有严重心、肺、肝脏或肾脏疾病的患者；高血压未控制及眼内压明显增高者；窦性心动过缓、重度房室传导阻滞患者；孕妇和哺乳期妇女；对本研究麻醉药物过敏者；存在药物滥用史者等

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: history of dementia or psychiatric disorders, central nervous system diseases; severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; uncontrolled hypertension or markedly elevated intraocular pressure; sinus bradycardia or high-degree atrioventricular block; pregnancy or lactation; known allergy to the study anesthetic agents; and history of drug abuse.
