研究目的：

本研究拟将人工智能与超声检查相结合，利用超声图像影像组学特征构建预测模型，开发一种新型的实时无创、操作简单的子宫内膜容受性评估方法，以指导个体化胚胎移植，提高试管婴儿治疗成功率及效率。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to use artificial intelligence to build a predictive model for endometrial receptivity assessment based on ultrasound image, which is a new real-time, non-invasive and easy-to-operate method for guiding individualized embryo transfer and improving the success rate and efficiency of IVF treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

第一部分重复性研究纳入标准： 1. 有过妊娠史或者生育史女性（包括分娩、人流、药流、自然流产，但宫外孕除外）； 2. 月经规律，周期28-35天； 3. 年龄20-40岁。 第二部分 超声影像组学预测子宫内膜容受性纳入标准： 1. 接受IVF-ET/ICSI-ET治疗的不孕症患者； 2. 接受标准黄体期长方案、卵泡期长方案、超长方案或拮抗剂方案促排，至少有1个优质胚胎可移植（卵裂期胚胎或囊胚）； 3. 解冻移植周期，内膜准备方案为自然周期、促排周期、HRT周期或GnRHa-HRT周期，至少有1个优质胚胎可移植（卵裂期胚胎或囊胚）； 4.年龄20-40岁。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the repetitive study: 1.Women with a history of pregnancy or childbirth (including delivery, induced abortion, medical abortion, and spontaneous abortion, but excluding ectopic pregnancy); 2.Regular menstrual cycles of 28–35 days; 3.Age between 20 and 40 years. Inclusion Criteria for Ultrasound Radiomics Prediction of Endometrial Receptivity: 1. Infertile patients undergoing IVF-ET/ICSI-ET 2. with standard luteal phase long protocol, follicular phase long protocol, GnRH-a prolonged protocol or antagonist protocol, and at least have one high-quality embryo for transfer 3. In frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle, endometrial preparation include natural cycle, ovulation induction cycle, HRT cycle or GnRHa-HRT cycle, and at least have one high-quality embryo for transfer 4. Age 20-40.

排除标准：

第一部分重复性研究排除标准： 1. 盆腔炎性疾病急性发作期； 2. 近期或正在接受激素治疗； 3. 既往有复发性自然流产病史（与同一配偶≥2次妊娠28周前的妊娠丢失）； 4. 存在可能影响子宫内膜容受性相关疾病（子宫畸形、宫腔粘连、薄型子宫内膜（子宫内膜厚度<7mm）、子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌病、子宫内膜息肉、粘膜下子宫肌瘤、输卵管积液等）； 5. 宫腔内放置节育器； 6. 哺乳期； 7. 发生卵泡黄素化（发生黄素化的周期取消，可下一周期重新进入研究。如连续发生黄素化，则排除）。 8. 未完成2个周期的采集（如第1周期结束后怀孕，或者中途自动退出）。 第二部分 超声影像组学预测子宫内膜容受性排除标准： 1. 夫妻一方或双方存在导致流产的染色体异常； 2. 复发性流产患者（与同一配偶≥2次妊娠28周前的妊娠丢失）； 3. 宫腔异常（子宫畸形、宫腔粘连病史、子宫内膜息肉、粘膜下子宫肌瘤，子宫内膜异常增生等）； 4. 合并子宫内膜异位性疾病（包括子宫腺肌病）； 5. 合并未经处理的输卵管积液； 6. 合并自身免疫性疾病、血栓前状态； 7. 未能坚持完成B超采样，或病历随访资料不完整。 8. 未能完成采样周期胚胎移植。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria for the repetitive study: 1. Acute stage of pelvic inflammatory disease; 2. Recent or ongoing hormone therapy; 3. History of recurrent spontaneous abortion (≥2 pregnancy losses before 28 weeks of gestation with the same partner); 4. Conditions that may affect endometrial receptivity (uterine malformations, intrauterine adhesions, thin endometrium (endometrial thickness <7 mm), endometriosis, adenomyosis, endometrial polyps, submucosal fibroids, hydrosalpinx, etc.); 5. Presence of an intrauterine contraceptive device; 6. Lactation period; 7. Luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome (cycles with luteinization will be cancelled; participants may re-enter the study in the next cycle. Participants will be excluded if luteinization occurs consecutively); 8. Failure to complete two cycles of sample collection (e.g., pregnancy after the first cycle or voluntary withdrawal during the study). Exclusion Criteria for Ultrasound Radiomics Prediction of Endometrial Receptivity: 1. Chromosomal abnormalities in one or both spouses leading to abortion 2. Recurrent miscarriage (≥2 pregnancies with the same spouse before 28 weeks) 3. Abnormal uterine cavity (uterine malformation, history of intrauterine adhesions, endometrial polyps, submucosal uterine fibroids, endometrial dysplasia, etc.) 4. Endometriosis disease (including uterine glandular myopathy) 5. Untreated hydrosalpinx 6. Autoimmune diseases and prethrombotic state 7. Failure to complete ultrasound measurement, or incomplete follow-up data in medical records. 8. Failure to complete the embryo transfer in the cycle.
