本研究意在探索通过膳食补充亚麻籽干预对血脂异常患者血脂谱的影响，从而探索改善血脂异常提供更切实可行的方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This randomized, double-blind, two-phase clinical trial aimed to evaluate the effects of dietary flaxseed supplement formula on patients with dyslipidemia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1．当地常住居民，未来一年内没有迁出计划，年龄在18岁及以上的血脂异常患者； 2．体温正常，无肺部感染； 3. 根据《中国成人血脂异常防治指南（2016 年修订版）》 诊断为高脂血症，且甘油三酯>=1.70 mmol/L的受试者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Local permanent residents with no plan to move out within the next year, patients with dyslipidemia aged 18 years and above. 2. Normal body temperature and no pulmonary infection. 3. Subjects diagnosed with hyperlipidemia according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Adult Dyslipidemia (2016 Revised Edition), with triglyceride TG>= 1.70 mmol/L.

排除标准：

1.年龄在18岁以下的居民； 2. 服用可能影响结果的药物，如降脂药、食欲抑制剂、长期抗生素，或服用可能影响血脂水平的保健品，如鱼油； 3. 由糖皮质激素、β受体阻滞剂、口服避孕药、干扰素、视黄酸、利尿剂等药物引起的高脂血症患者； 4.诊断为家族性脂蛋白脂酶（LPL）缺乏、家族性载脂蛋白C-II （ApoC-II）缺乏、家族性III型或V型高脂血症的受试者； 5. 酒精依赖或滥用者； 6.甲状腺功能减退、库欣综合征、肢端肥大症、肾病综合征、慢性肾功能衰竭、系统性红斑狼疮、多发性骨髓瘤或非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（NASH）患者； 7. 过去6个月内对亚麻籽过敏或食用亚麻籽补充剂者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Residents aged < 18 years. 2. Subjects taking medications that may affect the results, such as lipid-lowering drugs, appetite suppressants, long-term antibiotics, or taking health supplements that may influence lipid levels, such as fish oil. 3. Subjects with hyperlipidemia induced by medications, such as corticosteroids, β-blockers, oral contraceptives, interferons, retinoic acid, diuretics. 4. Subjects diagnosed with familial lipoprotein lipase (LPL) deficiency, familial apolipoprotein C-II (ApoC-II) deficiency, familial type III or V hyperlipidemia. 5. Subjects with alcohol dependence or abuse. 6. Subjects with hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, acromegaly, nephrotic syndrome, chronic renal failure, systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple myeloma, or non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). 7. Subjects allergic to flaxseed or consumed dietary flaxseed supplements in the past six months.
