研究目的：

构建并验证一个基于随机森林与逻辑回归融合算法的老年髋部骨折术后DVT风险预测模型，识别并量化影响老年髋部骨折患者术后发生DVT的关键独立危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop and validate a risk prediction model for postoperative DVT in elderly patients with hip fracture, based on an ensemble algorithm combining Random Forest and Logistic Regression, to identify and quantify key independent risk factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、 年龄≥65岁。 2、 经影像学（X线、CT或MRI）确诊为股骨颈骨折、股骨粗隆间骨折或粗隆下骨折，并接受手术治疗（包括外固定、内固定或半髋及全髋关节置换）。 3、 术前及术后一周内完成凝血功能检查及双下肢深静脉彩色多普勒超声检查以明确DVT。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 65 years. 2.Diagnosis of femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, or subtrochanteric fracture confirmed by imaging (X-ray, CT or MRI), and having undergone surgical treatment (including external fixation, internal fixation, or hemiarthroplasty/total hip arthroplasty). 3.Completion of bilateral lower limb deep vein color Doppler ultrasound and coagulation function tests within one week before and after surgery to confirm the presence or absence of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT).

排除标准：

1、 合并有严重基础疾病，或在ICU病区的患者； 2、 开放性或合并有血管、神经和内脏损伤的全身性骨折患者； 3、 骨质疏松严重，预后不良的患者； 4、 入院前已确诊DVT或正在接受长期抗凝治疗的患者。 5、 临床资料严重缺失，无法满足建模所需的关键变量。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe underlying diseases or those admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. 2.Patients with systemic fractures that are open or combined with vascular, nerve, and visceral injuries. 3.Patients with severe osteoporosis and poor prognosis. 4.Patients diagnosed with Deep Vein Thrombosis prior to admission or undergoing long-term anticoagulant therapy. 5.Patients with severely incomplete clinical data lacking key variables required for model development.
