研究目的:

1.筛选哮喘诊断的新型生物标志物及重要临床特征; 2.探究新技术在哮喘诊断中的应用潜能; 3.深度学习辅助构建多维度、精准化的哮喘诊断模型; 4.开展前瞻性队列研究验证哮喘精准诊断模型的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Identify new biomarkers and important clinical features for asthma diagnosis; 2. Explore the potential application of new technologies in asthma diagnosis; 3. Utilize deep learning to assist in constructing multi-dimensional and precise asthma diagnosis models; 4. Conduct a prospective cohort study to verify the application value of the precise asthma diagnosis model.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

哮喘组纳入标准: 1.符合哮喘诊断标准的患者,哮喘的诊断参考《支气管哮喘防治指南(2020年版); 2.年龄在18~80岁之间; 3.自愿参加本研究,并签署知情同意书。 健康对照组纳纳入标准: 1.年龄在18~80岁之间; 2.自愿参加本研究,并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the asthma group: 1. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for asthma, with the diagnosis based on "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Bronchial Asthma (2020 Edition)"; 2. Age between 18 and 80 years old; 3. Voluntary participation in this study and signing the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group: 1. Age between 18 and 80 years old; 2. Voluntary participation in this study and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准:

哮喘组排除标准: 1.哮喘急性发作期伴发呼吸衰竭、需要行机械通气者; 2.意识不清、痴呆、各种精神病者; 3.合并肿瘤、严重心血管疾病及严重肝肾疾病者; 4.参加过其他临床研究或正在参加其他临床试验者。 健康对照组排除标准: 1.既往明确诊断哮喘、慢阻肺病、肺结核、间质性肺病、肺癌、支气管扩张等呼吸系统疾病者; 2.既往接受肺叶切除术者; 3.对支气管舒张剂或支气管激发试验药物过敏者; 4.同时参与其他临床研究者; 5.目前因急性呼吸道疾病发作寻求治疗者; 6.无法交流配合者; 7.不适合进行肺功能检测者。

Exclusion criteria:

Exclusion criteria for the asthma group: 1. Patients with acute asthma exacerbation accompanied by respiratory failure and requiring mechanical ventilation; 2.Patients with unconsciousness, dementia, or various mental disorders; 3. Patients with tumors, severe cardiovascular diseases, or severe liver and kidney diseases; 4. Patients who have participated in other clinical studies or are currently involved in other clinical trials. Exclusion criteria for the healthy control group: 1. Patients with a clear diagnosis of respiratory diseases such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, tuberculosis, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer, or bronchiectasis in the past; 2.Patients who have undergone lung lobe resection in the past; 3. Patients who are allergic to bronchodilators or drugs used in bronchial provocation tests; 4. Patients who are currently participating in other clinical studies; 5. Patients seeking treatment for acute respiratory disease attacks at present; 6. Patients who are unable to communicate and cooperate; 7. Patients who are not suitable for pulmonary function testing.

本研究采用??纸质病例记录表(CRF)??与??电子数据采集系统(EDC)??双轨制管理数据: 1. ?CRF设计??:结构化记录三阶段核心指标(基线资料、新技术检测数据、模型验证结果),由研究者现场填写并签字; 2. ??EDC系统??:基于互联网平台ResMan?实现多中心数据实时录入,支持逻辑校验、权限分级(研究者/监查员/管理员)及自动质控(缺失项报警、双录入比对); 3. ??数据安全??:执行匿名化处理,符合GCP规范,纸质CRF存档于湘雅二医院,电子数据加密存储并增量备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

This study employed a dual-track system of paper case record forms (CRF) and electronic data collection system (EDC) to manage the data: 1. CRF Design: Structured records of the three-stage core indicators (baseline data, new technology test data, model validation results) are filled out and signed by the investigators on-site; 2. EDC System: Utilizing the Internet-based platform ResMan?, it enables real-time data entry across multiple centers, supporting logical verification, hierarchical access control (for researchers, monitors, and administrators), and automatic quality control (including alarm for missing items and double-entry comparison). 3. Data security: Data has undergone anonymization processing, in compliance with GCP standards. The paper-based CRF is archived at Xiangya Hospital No. 2, and the electronic data is encrypted for storage and backed up incrementally.
