研究目的：

①观察真实世界环境中多肽营养素的近远期疗效、最佳服用方案、优势人群等； ②监测真实世界环境中多肽营养素服用的安全性；  

Objectives of Study：

1. Observe the short-term and long-term efficacy, optimal dosage regimen, and advantageous population of peptide nutrients in real-world environments; 2. Monitor the safety of peptide nutrient intake in real-world environments.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合慢病合并营养问题（如：白蛋白、前白蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白异常；肌少症、虚弱、蛋白质热能营养不良、贫血、免疫力低下、睡眠障碍、脑血管病变等）相关诊断； (2)正在服用多肽的慢病人群或临床需要服用多肽的慢病人群 ；(3)同意参与研究 ；(4)接受随访,并上传数据的研究参与者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnoses related to chronic diseases combined with nutritional problems (such as abnormal levels of albumin, prealbumin, retinol binding protein; sarcopenia, weakness, protein thermal malnutrition, anemia, immune deficiency, sleep disorders, cerebrovascular disease, etc.); 2. Chronic disease patients who are currently taking peptides or those who need to take peptides clinically; 3. Agree to participate in the research; 4. Study participants who receive follow-up and upload data.

排除标准：

1. 因文化水平等因素受限，无法完成手机端或纸质版日志卡； 2. 严重肝肾功能不全； 3. 精神疾病患者； 4. 其他研究者认为不适合参与本研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to complete mobile or paper log cards due to limitations such as educational level; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with mental illness; 4. Other subjects deemed unsuitable to participate in this study by the researchers.
