研究目的：

1.构建基于 IMB 模型的学龄儿童多元化综合口腔健康教育模式。 2.比较综合干预模式与常规标准课堂健康教育对学龄儿童口腔健康知识、态度、行为及口腔健康状况的影响。 3.形成可推广的学龄儿童口腔健康教育方案、宣传材料及线上行为追踪工具。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop a diversified and comprehensive oral health education model for school-aged children based on the IMB model. Compare the effects of comprehensive intervention models versus conventional standard classroom health education on oral health knowledge, attitudes, behaviors, and oral health status among school-aged children. Develop scalable oral health education programs, promotional materials, and online behavioral tracking tools for school-aged children

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.就读小学三-四年级，年龄 8–10 岁； 2.儿童本人自愿参与研究； 3.监护人签署书面知情同意书； 4.近 3 个月内无严重全身性疾病、无口腔颌面外伤史； 5.能够配合完成口腔检查、问卷调查及全程干预随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Participants were in grades 3–4 of elementary school, aged 8–10 years; 2. Voluntary participation in the study; 3. Written informed consent signed by guardians; 4. No history of severe systemic diseases or oral/maxillofacial trauma within the past 3 months; 5. Capable of cooperating with oral examinations, questionnaire surveys, and full-course intervention follow-ups.

排除标准：

1.未获得监护人知情同意或儿童本人拒绝参与； 2.存在智力障碍、严重发育迟缓，无法配合研究流程； 3.患有严重心、肝、肾、血液、免疫等全身性疾病； 4.正在接受正畸、牙周或口腔外科治疗； 5.近 3 个月内参加过其他口腔健康干预项目； 6.研究期间转学、失访或中途自愿退出。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Failure to obtain informed consent from the guardian or refusal by the child to participate; 2. Presence of intellectual disability or severe developmental delay rendering the child unable to cooperate with the study protocol; 3. Suffering from severe systemic diseases affecting the heart, liver, kidneys, blood, or immune system; 4. Undergoing orthodontic, periodontal, or oral surgical treatment; 5. Participation in other oral health intervention programs within the past 3 months; 6. Transfer of school, loss of contact, or voluntary withdrawal during the study period.
