研究目的：

以类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象，探究牙周炎与类风湿关节炎疾病活动度的关联，探究牙周炎是否为类风湿关节炎中、高疾病活动度的独立危险因素，并且探究两者之间潜在的生物学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the association between periodontitis and rheumatoid arthritis disease activity was investigated, whether periodontitis is an independent risk factor for moderate and high disease activity in rheumatoid arthritis, and the potential biological mechanism between the two was explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合RA的诊断标准； 2.年龄≥18岁； 3.牙齿数目大于8颗（不包括第三磨牙）； 4.受试者同意加入本次研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for RA; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. The number of teeth is greater than 8 (excluding third molars); 4. Subjects agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并其他风湿性疾病； 2.其他可能影响牙周炎的疾病如糖尿病、白血病等； 3.已知的免疫缺陷患者，如恶性肿瘤、器官或骨髓移植、HIV感染或近3个月服用免疫抑制剂者； 4.精神分裂症或其他无法不能完全辨认自己行为的精神类疾病患者； 5.吸烟、酗酒； 6.口腔患者急性感染性疾病 7.合并除牙周部位以外其他感染，需要系统使用抗生素治疗者； 8.入选前3个月接受过牙周治疗及系统使用抗生素治疗者； 9.张口受限或其他原因无法配合牙周检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other rheumatic diseases; 2. Other diseases that may affect periodontitis, such as diabetes, leukemia, etc.; 3. Patients with known immunodeficiency, such as malignant tumors, organ or bone marrow transplantation, HIV infection, or those who have taken immunosuppressants in the past 3 months; 4. Patients with schizophrenia or other mental illnesses who cannot fully identify their own behavior; 5. Smoking and alcoholism; 6. Acute infectious diseases in oral patients 7. Combined with infections other than periodontal parts and requiring systematic antibiotic treatment; 8. Those who have received periodontal treatment and systematic antibiotic treatment in the 3 months before inclusion; 9. Those who are unable to cooperate with periodontal examination due to limited mouth opening or other reasons.
