研究目的：

开发基于AI的智能化CGA系统，实现多模态的人机交互，提高CGA的时空便利性，同时通过逻辑算法自动生成评估报告与治疗建议。并将系统在临床上进行推广应用，验证其评估效能。  

Objectives of Study：

An AI-based intelligent Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) system should be developed to enable multimodal human–computer interaction, thereby improving the spatiotemporal accessibility of CGA. Additionally, logical algorithms should be employed to automatically generate assessment reports and treatment recommendations. The system must be promoted and applied in clinical settings to validate its assessment efficacy.

纳入标准：

年龄>=65岁,合并下列问题之一者； 1.存在>=2种慢性疾病； 2.出现日常活动能力下降； 3.>=5种用药； 4.存在老年综合征； 5.存在社会支持问题(如独居、缺乏社会支持等)； 6.其他情况需要评估者； 7.同意参加该研究；

Inclusion criteria

Those who are 65 years old or older and have one of the following problems; 1. There are >=2 chronic diseases; 2. There is a decline in daily activity ability; 3.>=5 kinds of medications; 4. Presence of geriatric syndrome; 5. There are social support issues (such as living alone, lack of social support, etc.); 6. Other circumstances that require assessment; 7. Agree to participate in this study;

排除标准：

1.疾病终末期，痴呆末期、卧床失能、急危重症患者； 2.拒绝参加该研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Terminal stage of disease, end-stage dementia, bedridden with disability, or patients with acute critical illnesses; 2.Refusal to participate in the study.
