研究目的：

本项目旨在通过基于多模态超声影像组学的影像数据、分子病理数据及临床数据分析，建立小肝癌精准诊断模型，实现小肝癌的早期精准诊断。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to establish an accurate diagnosis model of small liver cancer by analyzing image data, molecular pathological data and clinical data based on multimodal ultrasound imaging omics, so as to achieve early accurate diagnosis of small liver cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 患者年龄 18-80 岁； 2. 各种原因所致的肝硬化患者或慢性 B 型肝炎感染患者； 3. 5 mm <= 肝内局灶性病变直径 <= 2 cm； 4. 肝细胞癌需由手术或活检组织病理学确诊；良性结节确诊依据可为组织病理学诊断或 Gd-EOB-DTPA 增强 MRI 诊断并随访半年复查无变化； 5. 肝内局灶性病变行常规超声、超声造影、弹性成像检查及 Gd-EOB-DTPA 增强 MRI 检查或增强 CT 检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-80 years; 2. Patients with liver cirrhosis or chronic hepatitis B infection caused by various reasons; 3. Intrahepatic focal lesions with a diameter of 5 mm <= lesion <= 2 cm; 4. Hepatocellular carcinoma must be confirmed by surgical or biopsy histopathology; diagnosis of benign nodules can be based on histopathological diagnosis or Gd-EOB-DTPA-enhanced MRI diagnosis with no changes upon follow-up after six months; 5. Intrahepatic focal lesions should undergo conventional ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, elastography examination, and Gd-EOB-DTPA-enhanced MRI or contrast-enhanced CT examination.

排除标准：

1.肝病变不能在二维超声上清晰显示，如周围有气体和肋骨遮挡等；
2.同一个超声造影窗口中出现两个及以上肝病变；
3.明确诊断为肝血管瘤、肝囊肿、肝局灶性结节增生等非肝硬化相关结节；
4.该病变经过局部或全身抗肿瘤治疗；
5.合并其他恶性肿瘤；

Exclusion criteria：

1.(case group and control group) Liver lesions cannot be clearly shown on 2D ultrasound, such as surrounding gas and rib occlusion;
2.Two or more liver lesions appeared in the same CEUS window (case and control group);
3.Non-cirrhotic nodules such as hepatic hemangioma, hepatic cyst, and focal hepatic nodular hyperplasia were diagnosed;
4.(Case group and control group) The lesion underwent local or systemic antitumor therapy;
5.(case group and control group) with other malignancies;
