研究目的：

1. 评估真实世界中不同治疗方案对特应性皮炎的临床效果与安全性，构建 AD 疗效影响因素的预测模型； 2. 实践特应性皮炎的动态疗效预测与干预优化。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of different treatment regimens for atopic dermatitis in the real world, and build a predictive model for factors affecting AD treatment efficacy; 2. Practice dynamic efficacy prediction and intervention optimization for atopic dermatitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 >= 12 岁患者； 2. 经医生证实的中度至重度 AD 患者； 3. 具有过去 6 个月的用药史； 4. 能够理解问卷（根据需要在父母支持下）并愿意提供患者授权表并披露个人健康信息（或知情同意）； 5. 患者均知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged 12 years or above;
2.Patients with moderate to severe AD confirmed by doctors;
3.Have a history of medication use in the past six months;
4.Be able to understand the questionnaire (with parental support as needed) and be willing to provide the patient authorization form and disclose personal health information (or informed consent);
5.All patients gave informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 患者目前正在参加介入性临床试验； 2. 参与另一项非干预性研究或登记并未将患者排除在本研究之外。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient is currently participating in an interventional clinical trial.
2.Participating in another non-interventional study or registration did not exclude the patient from this study;
