研究目的：

比较三种陪护方式对脑卒中患者心理状况和日常生活自理动机的区别。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the differences in psychological status and motivation for daily self-care among stroke patients under three types of caregiving methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 2024 年 9 月-2025 年 9 月我院和浦南医院 120 例符合脑卒中诊断标准，并经 CT 或 MRI 证实为脑卒中 GCS 评分 3-12 分者； 2. 患者纳入标准年龄 18-75 岁之间，性别不限； 3. 同意签署知情同意书； 4. 无精神疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1. From September 2024 to September 2025, our hospital and Punan Hospital included 120 cases meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke, confirmed as stroke by CT or MRI, with GCS scores between 3 and 12; 2. Patients included are aged between 18 and 75 years, of any gender; 3. Agree to sign the informed consent form; 4. No mental illness.

排除标准：

1. 年龄在 18 岁以下或 75 岁以上； 2. 有精神疾病和精神发育迟滞者无阅读和理解能力； 3. 不同意参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age below 18 or above 75; 2. Individuals with mental illness and mental retardation who have no ability to read and understand; 3. Those who do not agree to participate.
