研究目的：

1、评价赖氨酸钙镁锌液态饮对儿童生长相关指标等改善作用； 2、评价赖氨酸钙镁锌液态饮的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the improvement effect of Lysine Calcium Magnesium Zinc Liquid Drink on children's growth-related indicators, etc.; 2.To evaluate the safety of Lysine Calcium Magnesium Zinc Liquid Drink.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄8-14岁儿童，性别不限； 2、年龄别身高Z评分小于-1，刚进入青春期者； 3、充分了解本研究的性质、目的、益处以及潜在的风险和副作用，可客观的配合医生完成疾病及身体状况的检查和评估； 4、自愿同意并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 8-14 years old, regardless of sex; 2. height-for-age Z score less than -1, those who have just entered puberty; 3. fully understand the nature, purpose, benefits, and potential risks and side effects of this study, and can objectively cooperate with physicians to complete the examination and evaluation of disease and physical condition; 4. those who voluntarily agree and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、曾经或正在使用生长激素、生长板已闭合、甲状腺功能异常、第1型糖尿病、有肿瘤、肝肾功能异常者； 2、有严重影响试验用品消化吸收的疾病； 3、伴有症状性的、不易控制的神经、精神疾病或精神障碍受试者； 4、对受试食品成分过敏； 5、试验前4周和试验期间服用相同功效之补充食品和健康补充剂者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have used or are using growth hormone, whose epiphyseal plates have closed, with abnormal thyroid function, type 1 diabetes, tumors, abnormal liver and kidney function; 2. those with diseases that severely affect the digestion and absorption of the trial supplies; 3. subjects with symptomatic and difficult-to-control neurological, psychiatric diseases or mental disorders; 4. those allergic to the components of the test food; 5. those taking supplemental foods and health supplements with the same efficacy within 4 weeks before the trial and during the trial.

Stratified block randomization: The random numbering table will be produced by a third party who is not involved in the recruitment, evaluation, or data analysis of this study, using a computer random number generation program. The randomization method adopts stratified block randomization, and the stratification factors include sex (male/female) and age group (8-10 years old, 11-14 years old). The block size is 4 or 6 and varies randomly, so as to ensure the balance of subjects in each group on key characteristics and avoid the risk of group prediction.
