研究目的：

（1）. 明确华东与东北地区多中心（江苏省人民医院与双鸭山市人民医院）住院肝硬化患者流行病学特征的区域差异及纵向年度趋势。 （2）. 对比两地肝硬化性心肌病（CCM）发病情况，分析相关影响因素，验证核心诊断指标适用性。 （3）.为两地肝硬化及CCM临床防治、区域公共卫生干预提供数据支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To clarify the regional differences and long-term annual trends in epidemiological characteristics of inpatients with liver cirrhosis between the multi-center study populations in East China and Northeast China (Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital & Shuangyashan People's Hospital). (2) To compare the incidence of cirrhotic cardiomyopathy (CCM) between the two regions, analyze its associated risk factors, and validate the applicability of core diagnostic indicators for CCM. (3) To provide evidence-based data support for the clinical prevention, management of liver cirrhosis and CCM, as well as regional public health interventions in the two areas.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、临床诊断为肝硬化的患者。 2、具有完整的临床病历资料（回顾性组）或自愿签署知情同意书并能配合随访（前瞻性组）。 3、能够获得清晰的心脏超声图像用于 2D-STI 分析。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with a clinical diagnosis of liver cirrhosis. 2.Those with complete clinical medical records (retrospective group) or who voluntarily sign informed consent forms and can cooperate with follow-up visits (prospective group). 3.Those from whom clear echocardiographic images eligible for 2D-STI analysis can be obtained.

排除标准：

1、合并严重器质性心脏病（如严重瓣膜病、先天性心脏病、心肌病等）。 2、患有除原发性肝癌外的其他恶性肿瘤。 3、临床资料缺失或图像质量无法满足应变分析要求者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with severe organic heart diseases (such as severe valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, etc.). 2.Suffering from other malignant tumors except primary liver cancer. 3.Patients with missing clinical data or unqualified image quality for strain analysis.
