研究目的：

分析老年髋部骨折患者住院期间围术期主要不良心血管事件（MACE）的发生情况，探索其相关危险因素，并建立和评价围术期MACE风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the incidence of perioperative major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) during hospitalization in older adults with hip fractures, identify associated risk factors, and develop and evaluate a risk prediction model for perioperative MACE.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄>60岁；
2.诊断为髋部骨折，包括股骨颈骨折、股骨转子间骨折或股骨转子下骨折；
3.于研究中心住院治疗；
4.病历资料能够用于判断主要结局；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >60 years;
2.Diagnosis of hip fracture, including femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, or subtrochanteric fracture;
3.Hospitalized in the participating study centers;
4.Medical records available for assessment of the primary outcome;

排除标准：

1.病理性骨折；
2.多发严重创伤；
3.入院后未完成主要诊疗即自动出院、转院或放弃治疗，导致结局无法判断；
4.关键结局资料缺失；
5.研究所需主要变量严重缺失；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pathological fracture;
2.Multiple severe trauma;
3.Discharge against medical advice, transfer, or treatment abandonment before completion of major clinical care, resulting in inability to assess outcomes;
4.Missing key outcome data;
5.Severe missingness of major variables required for this study;

根据病历记录、检验结果、心电图、影像学检查、专科会诊记录及治疗记录判定是否发生围术期MACE。MACE包括心肌损伤或心肌梗死、急性心力衰竭或原有心力衰竭明显加重、严重心律失常、心源性休克或循环衰竭、脑卒中及全因死亡。

Perioperative MACE was determined based on medical records, laboratory findings, electrocardiography, imaging examinations, specialist consultation records, and treatment records during hospitalization. MACE included myocardial injury or myocardial infarction, acute heart failure or worsening pre-existing heart failure, severe arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock or circulatory failure, stroke, and all-cause death.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be retrospectively collected from the electronic medical record systems, laboratory information systems, imaging systems, anesthesia record systems, and discharge records of the participating centers. Data will be extracted using a predefined data collection form, followed by de-identification, cleaning, logic checking, and quality control. The study database will use only study identification numbers and will not contain directly identifiable information such as names, identity numbers, phone numbers, or addresses.
